Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. I was asked multiple times throughout my visit if there was anything they could do to make my dental visit comfortable and if I had any concerns. I also recieved follow ups from the Dr for my pain levels. Their communication style and genuine curiosity in each patient's concern is what makes them a fantastic team. In addition to all those important things off is the actual clinic environment...it's like a spa type lobby, very clean and decorative, & has water/coffee at the front. The instructions note to not do any treatments following 2 weeks, nowhere does it say that I should be following up with another medical grade facial within 7-10 days.

Then when he was rolled out, AccuCare draped him with the flag, as he was a WWII vet, and the staff lined up in the lobby to say goodbye. Once he was rolled out the community director explained to everyone who was a new employee that this is what they do to honor those who have passed, "When they come to us, they walk through the front door and they deserve the same respect when they leave." I came in with shoulder pain looking for answers, and after seeing Dr. Karim I feel like winning the lottery would be a distant second in terms of such luck. With a hospitable tone that could put a screaming baby down and equipment that is literally used by the Los Angeles Dodgers - I can only recommend this to anyone with a brain.
