I opted for the Entree (chicken) with two sides (mixed roasted vegetables and their feta carrots), and a glass of their sparkling white wine. The service was so kind and helpful, and the girl who took our order was the absolute sweetest. Our food came out quickly, and everything was great. The chicken was juicy and lemony; the vegetables were all PERFECTLY roasted and tossed in a variety of seasonings. The carrots were really standout, with a creamy feta sauce and tons of fresh dill. Even the sparkling wine (from a can!) was good! Can't wait to go back and try more.

During my most recent visit, I spent nearly an hour watching a staff member greet and check on every table in my section except mine. She made eye contact with me several times but never acknowledged me or asked if I needed anything. Being completely overlooked while everyone around me received attentive service was frustrating and made me feel unwelcome. I brought my concerns to the manager, hoping the issue would be taken seriously. Instead, I felt that excuses were made for the staff member's behavior rather than acknowledging my experience. That response left me with the impression that this type of service is acceptable and that the issue is unlikely to be addressed. That's disappointing because the food and atmosphere are genuinely enjoyable, but good service should be part of the overall experience as well.

Everything was safe and tasted amazing. We didn't have to think twice about ordering, and it was well worth the money. Service is a 10/10. Very personable and kind, it made dining even more enjoyable. Food came out promptly and was HOT and very fresh! The atmosphere was so relaxing, too. It's a small dining area with soft lighting, making it very intimate. Nothing was overly loud or distracting and they encourage putting phones away, which adds to engaging with your party. In short, it felt like we could fully breathe and just enjoy our dinner. No worries or distractions in sight! We completely reccomend this place and bought the cookbook before leaving, because I was that good. P.S. Try the ravioli! It is a amazing!

It was fairly busy, but we walked in without a reservation and were seated indoors right away. We ordered two Guinnesses, the Mussels appetizer (with garlic bread), and split the Fish & Chips plate. Everything was incredible. The cod was perfectly beer-battered, the hand-cut chips were crisp and hearty, and the green peas and tartar sauce rounded it out beautifully. The mussels and garlic bread were also delicious (even ordered a second garlic bread). I would 100% order both dishes again. Our server was also friendly, attentive, and gave honest, helpful recommendations. Prices felt fair for the quality, and the overall experience hit all the right notes. We've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back. A cozy, welcoming spot for comfort food done right.

They genuinely did not taste like chicken at all, and I couldn't even finish them. I strongly recommend staying away from that item. I also tried to order a bubble tea without ice and was told I'd be charged an extra $2 because they would need to "add more juice." I didn't ask for extra juice, just no ice!!! And charging extra for that feels unreasonable and borderline price gouging. Ridiculous!!!! Between the poor food quality and the frustrating service, the overall experience wasn't great, and I won't be returning.

There are so many standout dishes that it can be hard to choose, but my ultimate go-to is the seared ahi tuna salad. We started with the pork gyoza, which were delivered quickly and were delicious. For our entrees, I had the Tonkotsu Black with added braised tofu, and my husband had the Spicy Tantan. I don't usually like eggs in my ramen (because they are never cooked enough), but Menya cooked theirs perfectly soft boiled, and I loved the flavor the egg added to the soup. Both soups had complex flavors, and we loved them. The tofu was great--thinly sliced and flavorful, if a bit salty--but I am not sure I'd need it again. My husband thought his soup was perfectly spicy. A note about parking - if you can park in the lot in front of the building, you scan a QR code, and open a parking time block. (I believe Menya paid for a 2-hour block.) You then enter the information on an iPad at the back of the restaurant to validate your parking and start the clock. It was easier than I expected, and I'd definitely use this parking service again. And if you can't get a spot in the lot in front of the building, you can park on the neighborhood streets just one or two blocks away. All told, it was a great meal for a reasonable cost. We'll definitely return!
