I called in the morning and the owner put me as first in his priority, diagnosed and fixed the issue right away, he even called the shop responsible and got them to pay for it. On Friday, March 17, I took my car to AAMCO to be checked. When I arrived on Friday, the receptionist, Beverly told me that they couldn't check it that day, and to come back on Monday. I filled out a form, supplied them with my extended warranty info, and let them know I'd be back on Monday. After dropping my car off on Monday, I was told I'd get a call with their findings. At 12:40 p.m., they called to let me know that there was a bigger issue and that they needed more time to diagnose the problem. This would be $150 per hour for 3 hours, and as Beverly advised, this "wouldn't be covered by the warranty". March 21 - They called and told me that they were waiting for the warranty adjuster to come look at my car. The issue was the engine wire harness. The warranty folks confirmed this, and they said it could take up to two days. I got another call about the part needed for this repair, and was told that it was on backorder. I didn't hear a single thing from the shop until I called them again on Monday, March 27. At this point, they had my car for a full week. I called them to find out that the part was supposed to arrive sometime that day, and they were waiting for it. March 29 - I called in again at 12:36 p.m., only to find out that the part had just arrived to the shop and hey should have my car fixed "soon". April 3 - I call again at 12:32 p.m. I am told that "we don't know how long it will take because he has to remember how to put everything back together". Beverly also tells me that she'll give me a call back after she talks to the person working on my car. I never hear back from them for the rest of the day. April 4 - I call again at 2:02 and 2:06 p.m. and leave a voicemail. I text Andre their number and he calls at 2:09. Magically, they answer the phone. I'm convinced they're now screening my calls. April 5 - AAMCO Corp calls me and asks about the e-mail I sent. I explain, as I am on this post, all the things that have happened thus far. She calls them directly and then calls me back. "They said they'll be done Friday afternoon by 3 pm. If they don't call you by then, you can call me." Today - I called (after Corporate made contact) and they said my car is finished, but they have to test to make sure it is work. I get a call at 4:15 and Beverly says, "Well since it's the holiday, you can come get your car, but now you need more repairs. I can submit a claim and you can bring the car back." I go up there to get my vehicle, and after all of this: THE CAR IS STILL DOING THE EXACT SAME THING I TOOK IT IN FOR. IT STILL IS BLOWING ROOM TEMPERATURE AIR. To add, I now have a bunch of mysterious scratches and dings on my car. I've already reported them to my warranty company, and I am sending this entire post, along with pictures and copies of my receipts to both their corporate office and the Office of the Attorney General. The lack of professionalism, failure to provide timely updates, and complete absence of integrity show me that not only do they not care about their Customers, they totally want to make more money off of me by not addressing the actual problem. read more

This is probably one of the worst experiences I have had, and I have been having (my car is still there) in the past 20 years. Or maybe ever. My car was at this location at the end of December to take care of the transmission under extended warranty. After 2 weeks and $ 300+ of car rental expenses I finally had the car. On 02/16 the engine light came back on. At first, the problem seemed related to the transmission and therefore under Aamco limited warranty, but eventually this engine control module issue came up, and, apparently out of spite, a new claim was started. This after 7 days, $ 330+ of rental, and still counting. Every time I called to ask about the timing and conditions and if it was ready I have been told "it needs to be re-programmed". I was told on Thursday the 22nd of February to go back on Friday to pick up the car at 2:00 PM. When I got to the shop, after a 50-minute walk, I was told the car needed to be re-programed. ???? I waited about 3 hours until the Lock&Smith guy, who was supposed to re-program the anti-theft system, informed us through phone call he would have been at the shop in the morning, therefore compromising my working day. Never received a call throughout Saturday. The level of carelessness and disrespect have been incredible. After 10 days, 2 walks of 50 minutes and increasing rental expenses, the nightmare continues. To add insult to injury the car has new scratches in the bumper, but nobody at the shop knows anything. read more

This place is trash. Jason is a thief and an idiot who had no idea how to fix my transmission and had it for months. Then he tried to get out of fixing it once I had been back about 4 different times and I had to go through corporate for them to honor their work. Avoid at all costs. They told me that my car would ready in two days an it wasn't.. call back the next week they tell me that they are waiting a part to be delivered the next day, then I call again they tell me they are waiting on another part.. the guy that runs the place will tell u nothing but lies just to get your money an over chargers you on the work that getting done read more

Our transmission went out and they ran our credit before they would tell us what they would charge. The credit came up 3000 and we paid them $200 more than the 3000. We've been paying on this 3 years and finally got it paid. BUT we took it back twice and told them the transmission was slipping and they would not honor the warranty!! Our vehicle is still not fixed!! Don't trust Dan or David. They don't fix you're vehicle but they sure take your money. Not a happy customer!!! read more

The transmission went out in our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. AAMCO in Euless was able to get my van in right away. Rafael replaced the torque converter and transmission in less than a week and had us back on the road in a couple of days. They even helped us with interest free financing options. Read this carefully: anyone who may have had a good experience here has probably been ripped off and doesn't know it. The owner/manager is a liar and a con. I said very specifically that I didn't authorize an inspection. He told me it was free. If you are thinking that yes, it is free, if you go forward with the repair only, think again. I got specific after he gave me his glib, car salesman word garbage designed to confuse and get money and said very clearly "so even if I do not go forward with this repair, I will never pay for this" and he said "yes ma'am in that's correct. You will never pay for this". Now they won't give me the car. He seemed proud that all calls are recorded, but when the police arrived he all the sudden wouldn't play it even though I offered to pay if I was wrong and he in fact did not say this. I'm also on the call plain as day saying I couldn't authorize something nearly 1000 dollars if I didn't even know I could afford the repair yet. This guy goes into smooth talking maybe it's free, maybe it's not. Don't be fooled. If you go bring this up to him I guarantee the answer you get to explain it will be more lies. The we get to the 4150.00 he wanted to charge for something that should cost about 500 to replace the entire transmission. He wanted to replace one piece of the transmission and the c converter and charge for labor . Upon looking everything up parts alone would only be about 1000. Labor would put it at less than 2000. So I suspect he amped up the price to get the inspection "paid" for one way or the other. All around this guy is a crook Don't be fooled into going here thinking this is just one bad experience. He's done this to others. The difference here is, he quite literally told me I would never pay for it, EVER, REPAIR OR NOT . So he is ripping people off who don't get specific, doesn't get signatures, and for those who do get specific he outright lies . He doesn't let you speak and I truly believe they all have mental problems. Ask yourself why there are so many rundown cars here. It's because people are getting ripped off and in Texas, if you can't show you don't owe, they can keep your car. read more

I put this review years ago, knowing their management had changed and trying to be kind. Now that they have lied to me and effectively stolen my vehicle from me because I "owe" something they know good and well I didn't authorize, and for which I was very specific under what terms I DID authorize it (enter Manager's blatant lie) I am now editing my review. I'm so disappointed. I have waited to post on here hoping things would get better. Not only did they up the price fron 2400 to 4600, said it would take no more than a week and had it 3 weeks, and my truck came back making noises and a broken running board. Transmission was fixed but keeps slipping, I'm afraid to call back because Dan makes excuses, i'm sure everything will be my fault and cost me more money and they will want to keep it the truck. You would think if someone spends 4600 on a vehical, it should come back driving like new. This is our only vehical so I have no way to get us to work. Ugggh.... any suggestions? DO NOT GO HERE!! I was quoted $287 to fix my gas pedal because I couldn't accelerate more than 40 mph. I dropped my car off March 4 and it was FINALLY ready today. Dan at the shop tried to charge me $496. He said he had to do something else that wasn't on the itemized quote. I feel he was trying to get more money because I was financed for repairs. After arguing with him, I decided to call the police. The officer took my side and I only had to pay the $287! In the parking lot, the officer told me they have been to this AAMCO in Euless a few times because people have called reporting their repairs have been three times as much as they were quoted and they cannot afford to get their car. I met two guys at the shop who said their car has been there since January and no work has been done. They decided to take their car elsewhere when they heard my story and saw the officer. They are very slow at giving updates and try to squeeze more money out of you. I'd give this a zero star rating if I could. read more

I had the transmission rebuilt at Aamco Euless, TX. When my care was ready to pick up i drove it home and the first gear shifted very hard. I was told it was ok. Eventually the transmission went out again and luckily before the 18 month warranty was expired. I again picked up my car when it was ready and it made a crackling sound as i was leaving the parking lot. I was going to a destination out of town and when i arrived i took it straight to a repair shop thinking it was a wheel bearing or something. No! The mechanic told me it was the transmission mount that was not good! I called Aamco Euless, TX and was told the mount was not covered in the warranty. Okl! but why was i not told at the time of service that the part needed replaced? This is terrible customer consideration and service. I am getting the mount replaced else where as i am through with Aamco. I do not think i should have to drive all the way back to Euless and interrupt my plans for work that should already be complete. I do not recommend this business to anyone! read more

Waste of your time and money. They use cheap parts that fix your vehicle temporarily which has you coming back to give them more money. They like to call the same item two different names so you don't realize your replacing the same thing that they just fixed 6 months ago! One day it's and ICD Pump and later it's a High Pressure Oil Pump. Or it's the IPR Valve or IPC Sensor WHICH ALL ATTACHES TO THAT STUPID PUMP! These guys will cause more problems than they are capable of fixing. read more

I have used this location for a few different things. I have had such bad experiences in the past of getting taken advantage of, that I am very cautious when choosing someone to work on my car. I was referred by a friend who recommended the shop. Dan, the general manager, has always answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and all work was done quickly and efficiently. The prices are very reasonable and I have a feeling of "trust" with Aamco that I have not had in a long time. I will go back for all of my needs and I would refer anyone who asks. read more

I made an appointment to get my car check out as soon as they opened,hey had my car for 3 days I was stranded at the shop because of how terribly they run their businesses. They told be they were going to use some computer to determine exactly what is wrong with it. When I finally got my car back they told me all the possible problems that could be wrong but said they were unable to figure out the exact problem but they could fix all the possible problems listed for a mere$6000. I rate this place the worst place in the world!!! I would never come back to this shop and already told the whole America airlines company that I work for to never come to this location. I was charged $91 for a service I did not give permission to be performed on my car at all. The owner never asked my calls unless I called unknown and he also kept my car for a whole week just to tell me he doesn't know exactly what is wrong. I WILL be calling every number I can find to get this shop to give me a refund on my FREE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT SERVICE! And I will not stop giving bad reviews until I am answered. Really simple... IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT BRING IT HERE. For two weeks after a transmission rebuild I've had to return to the shop four times with a transmission oil leak. Four times and each time received a different response as to what could be causing the issue, with as many failed attempts to fix it. I've had to miss work and a planned vacation because of this. Yesterday evening I receive a call from the shop manager asking if I knew the part number for the transmission, because the seal they were trying to put in to fix the problem did not match. At this point it is evident that this shop does not know their ass from their elbow, and to ask the customer a question that should be simple for them to answer is beyond me. After all this is AAMCO, the transmission experts, right? In believing so, I decided to try and take it to another AAMCO in Dallas (2899 Irving Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207) and was told (read the fine print on your warranty) that they could not do anything for me because I was within 50 miles of the original shop, and must bring it back there for the warranty repair. It is clear now how these shops work: no ownership for their work and will shield each other from assuming bad repairs. So I'm stuck with whatever they decide to do, and no vehicle until it is complete. I was a fool thinking the brand AAMCO meant peace of mind and quality work. Do not make the same mistake I did bring it to AAMCO, especially the one in Euless, TX. You will get the runaround, high prices, low quality work and really bad customer service. Took my car in and was greeted right away. A few hours later they called and told me the diagnosis of my vehicle and how much it would cost to fix.
