We had a problem with our fridge this week, it would repeatedly just trip the fuse box. So I called on Sunday (his usual day off) and was greeted with a very informed set of recommendations to see if it was possible for me to take care of it myself, rather than him come over, and charging me a call out fee. I thought that was very considerate, many places would just come out and then give you the same recomendations but charge the call out fee. Well this guy is awesome, thats all I can say. read more

Kirill is great to work with. He is responsive via both calls and texts, capable and efficient. He replaced our gas stove switch in 20 min with a fair price. K came out to my condo three times in order to get my washer up and running. I was hoping it would be a one and done thing, but he was super patient as I tracked down parts necessary for the fix. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. My pump had a super small leak and instead of quick fixing it, he suggested I just purchase a new pump. The pump was super inexpensive and he actually took care of the ordering for me. The first one he received he noticed a small defect and ordered another one. I returned from vacation to find my refrigerator/freezer had stopped working and since it was late on a Friday, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix it. I fortunately found Kirill who came out within the hour. He made a temporary fix, but by Saturday morning, it was obviously not going to work. He came out again, and determined it was going to be expensive to fix, with no guarantee something else wouldn't break on my 9 yr old frig. We agreed it was more economical to just buy a new one. He wouldn't even let me pay him for 2 house calls on a weekend! I have never had a repairman who didn't charge for a visit. He just said to give him a call the next time I need repair service. Kirill (he goes by "K") is the BEST!!! He's so efficient, fairly priced, knowledgeable and thorough that I will wait if need be to have him service my appliances. He covers the spectrum from something so specialty as Fisher Pykel dishwasher drawers (was my initial call ) and Wow! did I score to find out he works on all appliances. He's very responsive and will text you in a reasonably short time if he is on a service call, telling you he'll get back to you asap. He's even coached me by phone on something very easy to fix rather than hold up my repair or making a house call just to charge me..he'd rather take care of his customers by trouble shooting if possible, than have them wait and be frustrated. When he gives me the prognosis I know I can trust everything he's telling me, and if he feels the fix needs the brand repair tech, he tells you. Kirill is honest with the highest integrity.
