He did warn me before hand that three lumpy areas in my hallway carpeting would not disappear with the cleaning, though. However, he explained that they also offer a carpet re-stretching service that would fix the problem. That re-stretching occurred today, by Buddy plus his "carpet guy," and the hallway carpeting is now entirely smooth over its entire length. Was a somewhat involved job because of interfaces with bedroom carpeting in two places, plus sliding pantry door panels on one side. But it was worth every penny; Beale's carpet guy had the specialized tools and all important experience to make the carpet re-stretching come out great.

Small businesses that offer a great service to the community. One of the fancy features of our house is. "Architectural carpeting" that means we have high quality spare no expense wool carpeting, you can't just have anyone come clean it, you have to have someone experienced with wool carpeting or you will ruin it. Imagine an expensive wool sweater in the washing machine at the wrong temperature with the wrong soap. I used the handy dandy Yelp app to find someone experienced , well priced, and professional to help maintain the beauty of our carpeting. Jeremy came, assessed the carpets, got to work. He mentioned to my husband he noticed the high quality of our carpet and how we take good care of it by making everyone remove shoes. Then he mentioned my spot treatment disaster where Max barfed disaster - he gave such great advice. He did thoughtful things like put footies on all of our furniture, turned his high power fans on in the areas he completed to give the drying a jump start, and vacuumed our area rug with his high powered vacuum. Next day the carpets were completely dry. We saw the same brand new carpet we saw when we first bought this house. We will make sure Jeremy, sole proprietor and operator to come every year to help us continue taking great care of our "architectural carpeting" We are so happy with his service. Community gem. I've found that with larger companies, you don't always know who will show up or how much care they'll put into the job. Jesse did not disappoint! He did an amazing job on our carpets. We have two dogs, including one who is 15 years old. As she's gotten older, she has started using one area of the living room as a bathroom at night. We put puppy pads down, but sometimes she misses, and spot cleaning could only do so much. She also manages to bring in plenty of dirt because on our walks in the East Bay parks, one of her favorite things to do is roll around on the ground. I recently moved her bed and was shocked by how dirty the carpet had become. The difference in color between the carpet that had been protected under her bed and the carpet in front of it was pretty awful. The high-traffic areas were looking bad too. Jesse spent about five hours getting everything clean. He took his time with the pretreatments, which clearly made a difference, and he also cleaned two upholstered chairs for us. I was amazed by the results. The carpets look beautiful again. Jesse is efficient, thorough, and an extremely hard worker. It was such a pleasure to wake up the next morning and see beautifully clean carpets throughout the house. We are completely happy with the job and would recommend Jesse without hesitation. We will definitely be calling him again!

Juan was the technician who came out today and he was friendly, punctual (including a phone call to let me know he was on the way) and represented his employers SO WELL! He explained everything about the company services before he began. I had all of the carpet in the house cleaned, three bedrooms, an office and a large hallway, as well as a complete cleaning of our sectional couch. Juan pretreated the carpets with a special solution (we have two senior doggos) and then steam cleaned the carpet making it look almost brand new! The stairs are so exceptional I can't believe I didn't get brand new carpet today! Our sectional couch is only about a year old but I wanted to keep it looking fresh and I am amazed what Juan achieved with the careful and diligent work that he put into cleaning each and every side of the furniture. He disassembled the sectional so all pieces could be cleaned on all sides. It looks incredible! I plan on having North Coast come back out to do the large tiled kitchen and living room as the grout is a headache. I will never use another service again - we have had some underwhelming experience with one of the *ahem* larger well known companies before. I wish I had known about North Coast years ago!
