Wendy's is in a very small strip mall near Marina Del Rey and parking can take a minute, but you will find a space. The place is kept super clean and it cute. It is not a new store, it has been around for years. We love it. The service is great and there is never a line out the door. They make the donuts there and it smells great when you walk in. The donuts, all of them are just great. They have an excellent selections and the prices are fair. They don't sell super fancy donuts, just great donuts that you will want a dozen of to take away. I know that someone delivers, but I am not sure who. It is close to us so we just drive there. The mall itself on the outside is not really kept clean, but it is in front of Wendy's. There can be a lot of homeless around there. Please ignore them. They just may want money to buy drugs. They are never allowed in the store and the mall has security. You will be fine. read more

To know if a donut shop will be above average there are two things that have always been a sure fire bet. 1 of 2 and you know it will be good. 2 of 2 it will be really good. One is open 24/7. The other is if they make and sell crullers. (The French donut). This place does both. And for certain it is very very good. Also the prices are very respectable. Over the past 7 years prices have gone from $1 to now $3+ or some places have not just raised their prices but started making smaller donuts. This spot has big donuts and they are fire. I love how this donut place is open 24/7 which makes it very convenient to get your breakfast and sweet tooth needs. There is also a parking lot shared and right next to the 7/11. I came here at 6am to get some donuts. Blueberry Glazed Donut (4.5/5): They have one of the best consistency of dough for donuts here. The dough of the donut is insanely fluffy and light in the inside. It was still warm when I got mine and when I bit into it the glazed flakes perfectly on top and it was pillowy, light, airy dough that was very chewy. I enjoyed the light blueberry taste inside! I do wish it had a stronger blueberry taste but it was one of the best I've had! Apple Fritter (4/5): Their fritters here are huge and dense! The outside was glazed so well with cinnamon and chunks of apples. When I bit into the inside it was layered with a cinnamon like strudel and more chunks of apple inside. I stopped by a little after midnight and they had just pulled a fresh, warm batch straight from the back. The chocolate frosted doughnut was the BEST doughnut I have ever had in my life, warm, fluffy almost like cake, with melty sweet icing. perfection. Absolute 10/10. The blueberry was incredible, not too sweet, perfectly balanced, another easy 10/10. Raspberry jelly-filled. Delicious, 10/10. And the strawberry sprinkle, so delicious another 10/10. Honestly, I doubt there's a single doughnut here I wouldn't love and I'm not even into doughnuts like that. I've been daydreaming about these doughnuts nonstop since I left. LOVE this donut shop! Located in Venice next to a 7/11 inside is a mini-strip mall with plenty of parking and indoor seating available. The shop is very clean, and smells heavenly. In addition to sweets, they also have a nice variety of beverages, from juices and smoothies to milks, sodas, sports drinks and more. They really have it all! The service was A1! Wendy's is located on the corner of Lincoln and Washington, within a small plaza with just a few other shops. This hole in the wall doughnut shop is open at normal and odd hours of the day, and has quick in and out service! Parking is a bit of a hassle but definitely worth the work! We love Wendy's doughnuts, as do all of our guests whenever they are visiting. Wendy's has become a staple in our home, especially for morning doughnuts and breakfast! I've lived in the area for years and never thought to try this place despite my best friend insisting it's good. Well, I finally tried it. Softest, fluffiest, most perfectly sweet donuts I've ever had. My friend swears by their breakfast sandwiches too so I will need to try them. WENDY'S is a 24-operation and has had the same help and service for years. Tonight I purchased two chocolate, two sugar, one cinnamon and a raisin and the bill was $11. The place can use a cleaning in the seating area and the place itself is older and could use a total facelift as well. The overall service is friendly and nice, the quality of the doughnuts is always above board and tasty. The sandwich board is interesting, but their strong hand are the doughnuts, no question about it. The location is sketchy since there are way too many homeless and the parking is difficult, next to impossible! You get the feeling that it is not safe and they probably should have a security guard roaming the outside. At least one storefront has been closed for months and the sidewalk and parking lot are in desperate need of a power washing give the volume of traffic and amount of homeless who are not customers, but just around the street constantly which makes stopping uninviting. Despite these challenges, I still recommend but let's cleanup your act. read more

Wendy's is a classic traditional donut shop that is always open. I work nearby and they are the only thing open to eat while working overnight. Donuts are always fresh. Coffee is hot and you're able to pour your own creamer and sugar. The breakfast sandwich menu is a personal favorite as well as the fresh orange juice. The only con is the sketchy parking lot and surrounding area/corner. I scurry quickly to and from my car and have to be alert due to transients that linger in the shopping center. Lots of fluffy, delectable looking doughnuts too, ranging from old fashioned doughnuts to bars to cakes to just about anything you can dream up of a standard doughnut selection. The icing is nice and sweet too, so the light dough doesn't go without complement. I do notice sometimes when a place has doughnuts that leave a greasy, fried taste many hours later. If it's the last thing you eat, you'll have this lingering, strange flavor. So it was with these doughnuts, which isn't a deal-breaker (especially since I got them in the afternoon) but maybe suggests getting something that may be baked over something fried, if possible. read more

My mom wanted to come here and I was wary due to the rating, but when we arrived it was a simple little donut shop with wonderful light and fluffy donuts that go for around $1! Next to Randy's Donuts, Wendy's is my favorite donut spot! The only tough thing going on is the parking! The lot is tiny and so are the spaces. However, there is a friendly, helpful parking attendant that assists people in getting in and out of this congested area as it's right on the corner of Lincoln and Washington. So you have been warned! The donuts are fantastic and always fresh. I love their massive sized apple fritters. Another favorite of mine is their raspberry filled donut. And the long johns and bavarian cream filled donuts never disappoint. But truly, I've never had a bad donut from Wendy's. AND, they always seem fully stocked on all flavors and varieties. I have yet to be disappointed in their quality and selection. In fact, as I write this I think I'll be having donuts from Wendy's for dinner! Another bonus is that their customer service is exceptionally efficient. I've yet to have any pleasantries exchanged but considering I usually want to exit their parking situation as quickly as possible to allow others to park and to surpass panhandlers, it's understandable. I always leave a nice tip as I think the woman behind the counter is the fastest cashier I've ever seen! The pricing seems very inexpensive considering the quality and size of donut!
