Despite its shortcomings, I like this laundromat. It's usually super clean, and since I come during the earlier part of the day, it's usually not too busy. I've never had a problem with the change machine, and I like that I can walk over the Ranch Market or K Momo to kill time. But half of the machines are broken or leaking. A lot of my clothes have gotten grease stains from the old/broken/dirty machines. And the staff has absolutely no understanding of personal space. I'm constantly being cut off from my clothes because the lady cleaning decided she wanted to mop my isle and not allow me to walk on the floor. I was once stranded on a bench while she slowly waved a wet floor sign over the slightly damp floor before I could get up. She's always cleaning machines inches away from me while I'm putting in or removing clothes, even when the entire place is empty. I appreciate her dedication to keeping the place clean, but a little heads up would be appreciated. read more

The laundry is really dirty it's not the same like it used to be the workers there's no service there's no workers that can help us the laundry got stuck and I had to wait 30 minutes to get some help and there's a lot of water in the floor they don't clean it's not the same like it used to be with the old workers the service is not good enough like it used to be with the old workers. I was driving around looking for a laundry mat,and I came across this lil gem ,I didn't know what to expect when I walked in ,,it was huge from the out side it looks small but I was amazed how many machines were in this lil gem ,,it was clean ,and shining,the attendant walked up and greeted me with a welcome smile she asked if I needed help operating the washer ,,,well I never used these new front loaders before,she showed me where the coins and soap goes ,I was so happy I didn't want to look stupid ,she showed me around and that was really nice of her ,,I surely will be back I give this place 5 ,,thank you Ranchies for helping me read more

THIEVES!!! Is it possible to pick zero stars? I don't think the actions of any business have angered me this much as Ranchies did tonight in years!! Thankfully, coming to the laundromat is an anomaly for me, because this was an unpleasant and inconvenient experience in every way. I put a $20 bill into the changer and it spit out $6.75. Long story short, the employee operating the business has access to cash but apparently doesn't have enough authority to make a $13.25 decision. I was told because of the time of night it is, I was out of luck and have to come back in the morning. I live out in Chandler, it would be a 46 minute round trip in perfect traffic conditions for me to come all the way back for $13.25. It's just not worth my time, so I was essentially ripped off by this business. I don't understand why the employee can't give me back MY money that is rightfully MINE and then reimburse the business the following day when the manager has access to the change machine. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you can't operate like a normal business during the late night hours, then close for the night and re-open when you are able to actually service your customers. It's not rocket science. Don't have the audacity to claim that this is a fully attended laundromat when it clearly isn't. This is absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. You would think that after I explained that I do not live nearby and that it would really be a huge pain for me to spend 45 minutes of my time to come get my own money when he has money in the office, that this employer would have re-evaluated the situation. If he stopped for one second to think outside the box instead of having a "not my job attitude" then he would have realized how inconsiderate it was to expect so much of me as the customer and he would have made an executive decision and resolved the issue. If he had taken a better course of action, this could have been a glowing five star review. If you're in the mood to have a business treat you like disposable garbage and make your blood boil from being mistreated, then come to Ranchie's to get stolen from! Oh, it also seems as though they only offer cold water to wash your clothes. What a dump! Go anywhere else to wash your clothes.... Honestly, you're better off using old rain water, an antique washboard from the 1800s and a basin from the dollar store out in the parking lot than patronizing this establishment of degenerates. And to top it all off, after having to ask to be let into the locked bathroom, as if I can't be trusted as an adult to have access to an unlocked bathroom, it was dirty..... Surprisingly, the filth level was not nearly as bad as I had expected, but there were absolutely no paper towels to dry my hands off with. C'mon!!! Do better.... How hard is it to keep paper towels stocked in a locked bathroom? My heart sincerely goes out to all of the people who have to use laundromats like this on a regular basis. This was not a memorable experience. Most visits to the laundromat have me in and out in an hour. This was not what I was expecting. First off, more than half of the machines I was using were broken. One of the washing machines I used didn't rinse my clothes out fully. Ended up getting water all over the floor transferring it into the wash. The majority of the 25 cent dryers were also out of order. Making it fairly congested for the amount of people there to working machines. The staff was helpful. The attendant actually paid for an extra rinse cycle on my other loads which I thought was really generous. She understood the frustration. The broken machines and overall temperature were what turned me off. read more

Great place to do laundry always staffed so if you have a problem they fix it they have an app and you scan the machine to pay no quarters

Ranchies and Rosa are the best. I was in a car accident and needed help for the first time ever. It felt so awkward asking for someone to do my laundry. Rosa instantly made me feel comfortable! She even helped me bring things in from the car. I went in again today and she was just as awesome. It is a great laundromat, clean and nice! On top of that there is great shopping right next door. I do not come often here; usually it's to do a large load of sheets and towels and stuff. Today I came away EXTREMELY dissappointed. The washer never went to the spin cycle and everything came out soaking wet. I had to tie my towels to the door handle and use that as an anchor to wring them out which likely didn't make a good impression on anyone walking in. Worse was that the water coming out was not very clean either. Sheets and pillow cases were likewise soaked. Had to come home and run the spin cycle on my apt. sized washer several times which defeated the entire purpose of my coming here in the first place. Also, the place smelled rank - like a combo of dirty water and food that had gone bad. Waste of time and money; I'll never come back. read more

I was there today for wash and fold service after calling for details everything sounded great. She advised 99 cents per pound for first time customers, I thought great I had two comforters and a sheet set . When I arrived the attendant did not speak any English I tried my best Spanish (I can understand spanish not speak so well) She told me she could only except 10 pounds and I had about 20 she weighed it, anyhow after calls made and assured I was able to leave my laundry the attended refused to check it so I got my items and left. It's nice in the morning, very quiet. If your going to use the restroom, bring your own soap, your own toilet paper & hand towels. They don't provide them here. There isn't a toilet paper dispenser, the paper towel dispenser is empty with no soap. Better yet. Handle your biz elsewhere before arriving. It's a cramped in here. It's hard to maneuver carts and clothing bins because of space. It often feels like a sauna and when the A/C goes out, forget it. There are always enough washers and dryers to choose from and it's very clean. read more

Pretty solid laundry located at the east side of Pro's Ranch Market on Roosevelt and 16th St. Coin-operated, very clean. Their largest machines are about $5 for a wash. These are 75-lb machines. They have specials where a wash in a regular machine is only $1. Dryers are 25c for 10 mins (last 2 mins are cool-down). There are a couple of extra-large dryers, as well as the typical sized laundromat dryers. They sell hand-poured 8-oz cups of Suavitel fabric softener in blue, pink, yellow or purple flavor for only 50c. Plenty of room to fold your clothes and usually enough laundry carts. Lots of families with children come in, so things can get hectic and crowded. Overall, if you have to go to a laundromat, this is one of the better ones in the area. read more

Clean enough, nice enough and the prices are very fair, however, despite the close time of 11pm, you can't wash anything after 9pm. The rule itself is understandable though inconvenient and annoying, and there is signage informing customers, however, if you're like myself and don't stop for literature when washing clothes, expect a rude employee informing you of the rule, complete with standing in between you and a washer and closing the door in your face.
