It's a very laid back place to hang out with friends, play a board game, catch a game on tv. Met the new owner, very friendly and welcoming. Somewhere I'll definitely be hanging out again at soon, and being located in a great area for food, they encourage you to bring food with you or have it delivered. If you are looking for a place with great drinks, friendly staff, amazing lineups of musicians, and a fun atmosphere, VB is the place. Can't believe it's taken us this long to make it out there. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves as far as the quality of the food and drinks served here. Everything from the apps and drinks, to the steaks and mains were top notch. Perfectly cooked juicy steaks, up there with the best of the best in the area. You won't go wrong with anything off of this menu, and the bartenders know what they're doing with delicious cocktails. In this review, I really want to emphasize the absolutely picture perfect patio they offer. First off, the interior space is large and beautiful. From the main dining room, to the large bar, and even the 2nd floor dining area. And then feast your eyes on the large wrap around patio, with an added separate bar and covered area as well. There are maybe a handful of great patio dining experiences in Greensboro that aren't on a main busy street or facing a parking lot. And those are great, but few and far in between. This patio stands with the best of them. No busy street. No loud parking lot. A raised area with flowing water, lush greenery and even a serene fountain that all surround this wrap around and elevated patio. Just an excellent experience for drinks, food, friends and family, or all of the above. We enjoy bellying up to a bar for drinks and happy hr, we enjoy going to places for a few apps, and we also enjoy tasty food and the whole experience. It has been 2 years…read moresince I met these folks at a Club event where I enjoyed their entertaining knowledge of spirits and cigars.  Walking in I was simply stunned at the variety of cigars, pipes, loose tobacco and of course the Pints and wines available.  The hospitality I received was wonderful.  While they were out of the sought-after Opus X, I was introduced to a new cigar with similar properties----I am saving that for my graduate degree. So happy I stopped in.  I will attempt to recreate a pipe tobacco mix that I have a small bag left from 30 years.  This is the place to recreate memories.  Thank you for the quality and craftsmanship you have displayed.

They had a mix of food, crafts and a few plants...it makes for a terrific Sunday afternoon. This day they had Chirba Chirba as the food truck...the Masters was on the tv, the dumplings from Chirba Chirba were excellent, the music set a relaxed mood, and I learned that their bourbon lemonade was the perfect accompaniment for the dumplings. Hard to imagine a better Sunday afternoon.
