There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no common sense. This wasn't about company policy, it was about terrible customer service. If the dining room had been full, I would have understood. But making paying customers eat outside in extreme heat while an empty dining room sits unused is simply unacceptable. Management needs to seriously rethink who they hire because employees like this drive customers away. I will never come back and would strongly recommend others spend their money somewhere that actually appreciates its customers.

It feels like customers' time simply isn't valued, with long waits becoming the norm instead of the exception. The customer service I've experienced has been some of the poorest I've encountered at any grocery store. I have often found employees to be dismissive, unfriendly, and unwilling to provide even basic assistance. Rather than feeling welcomed, I've frequently left feeling like customers are viewed as an inconvenience. In my experience, the management has done little to improve the situation. My interactions with the store manager have left me with the impression that customer concerns are not taken seriously. Instead of setting a positive example for the staff, I felt the overall attitude throughout the store reflected poor leadership and a lack of accountability. The condition and quality of products have also been disappointing. On one occasion, I purchased food that I believed was spoiled, which caused me to lose confidence in the store's quality control. After that experience, I found myself checking expiration dates and product freshness much more carefully before buying anything. Overall, this location feels disorganized, understaffed, and poorly managed. Grocery shopping shouldn't be a stressful experience, but that's exactly how I would describe shopping at this Vons.
