You have to park in the structure, but they have designated reserved parking for restaurant guest, and they validate parking. It was very convenient. The staff was super friendly and came by our table frequently to check on us. The location has indoor and outdoor seating which is great. The decor has an Asian flare and was gorgeous. Came here for dinner, so the place was empty, on a Friday night. The staff were very nice and it being our first time they walked us through the popular options on the menu. We picked out our meals and when the food came the presentation was wonderful. The food here is delicious and they have great rotating menu with new items being added often. I'm actually here almost every day! Even better than the food - is the staff. They're incredibly professional, attentive and friendly. They definitely are part of the reason why i visit so much. I went with my nephew and niece in law on a stop over from John Wayne Airport. We ordered lunch, and our food was brought to us in a timely manner with great presentation by a really enjoyable food server. She was funny and truly seemed to enjoy her job. I ordered a club sandwich and fries, and I have to say it was probably the best club sandwich I've ever had. The fries were done perfectly, and were served with both ketchup and ranch dressing without my even having to ask. The manager stopped in twice to check on us, and as we were sitting outside, it was not something we were not really expecting. He was a fantastic guy and truly seemed to care about what he was doing. All in all, it was an extremely great lunch date with my nephew and niece in law, and I would definitely give them a 10 star rating if it were available! Thanks so much, DCC. The first time I went, I thought they were ok however I was charged for garlic fries and didn't receive that but I was in a rush so I let it slide. I hosted 14 friends for lunch yesterday after a synagogue service nearby. My gf and I had visited the restaurant before, told Edgar what we wanted to do and grabbed lunch while we were there. I selected 6 entrees from their menu and gave my friends the option to choose. I created a table layout and place cards so that the food could be close to ready for 14 as soon as we schmoozed and set down. It worked perfectly and kept me from having a circus of ordering and waiting for all those meals to come out of the kitchen. Edgar got all the drink orders from my guests, took a cake we baked for dessert and sliced it up and delivered it to the table with plates. This restaurant is a jewel in Irvine. Easy peasy parking in the structure next door, an Asian fusion menu at a very fair price point and really helpful staff. This is a perfect weekday dinner spot when you don't want to cook or spend a hundred bucks! Try them out if you haven't. read more

We found Dupont Center Café on Yelp. It was close to the hotel where we were staying and it had really good reviews. We made a great choice! The manager and the waitress were so friendly and personable, and looked after our every need. We ordered shrimp scampi and ginger salmon. The entrées were brought to our table in a timely manner and were so delicious. Several large shrimp in the scampi and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Prices were very reasonable. My chicken taquitos had a sauce drizzled on top that had a little kick! Food presentation was very nice. Chill vibe with indoor and outdoor seating, beautiful artwork, & several tvs playing sports without sound which i prefer. It was a hosted catered event for Glidewell Labs, but I asked the coffee barista and they did confirm they also open for the general public. The cafe is located within the Glidewell Lab complex of buildings . Whenever I attend a work related event with hosted meals its rarely anything to write home about , but Dupont center cafe really impressed me ! The food , drinks, and service was impeccable. The breakfast and lunch spread was buffet style. The food was hot , fresh , and delicious! They had an assortment of coffee and tea drinks . Their baristas made me a hazelnut latte that tasted way better then some fancy coffee speciality places ! Their fruit platters in the morning even had fresh dragon fruit to enjoy ! The ambiance is also impressive . It has an Asian theme with deep red walls and gold accents . They have out door and indoor seatings . I started a review a few months ago thinking that after their first year they really had it together, but after ANOTHER disappointing experience they clearly don't. I have been a few times and tried a variety of items on the menu. First off it's always been clean and had friendly staff. A service is not the issues, that is fine, the kitchen needs lots of work. Both times I have had flatbread it's taken forever and come out burnt to a crisp. Hamburgers are either red inside dripping grease or dry as the Mojave. There is little consistency in their food and doing orders in a way that makes sense. I ordered a flatbread and it took 22 minutes to get but someone getting two hamburgers and carne asada fries is served in 10 flat. The value is okay, the menu is okay at best, the service is good and the kitchen staff ruin it. read more
