Flourless chocolate torte cake & enchiladas
    Christine Margot Marie S.

Delicious food, great service. Bar is small and chill. Loved the flourless chocolate torte as well. Ordered downstairs at the bar & picked up at the bar. I am Celiac / gluten-free, and they were able to answer all of my questions about my diet and help me feel more comfortable eating here with my autoimmune disease. 10/10 recommend!

a salad in a plastic container with a fork

Order a Salad and it tasted so sandy. Was wondering if it was the blue cheese, but turns out it was dirty lettuce that hasn't been washed; there was a dead bug in one piece I was about to eat. Threw it away before I find more bugs Very disappointed with the high rating. I hope the manager could something about this unsanitary food serving so it won't happens to other people; wasting money and going to sleep starving.

Their supposed "Green Chile Double Smash Burger"
    Kelly T.

I ordered the Green Chile Double Smash Burger to be delivered to my room. When I got it, it was cut in half and I noticed right away when it opened the container that the burger was dry. The description on the menu is " 2 ground chuck patties, hatch green chile, sharp white cheddar and roasted garlic and truffle mayo." I went downstairs and let the clerk know there wasn't any of the truffle mayo and it was dry. She went to get me a side of it and came back with mustard and regular mayo packets and apologized and said they were out of the truffle mayo. I went back upstairs and noticed upon further inspection when I went to add mustard to it that it is not two smashed patties, it's one thick patty and there's also no hatch green Chile on it either. It also has wilted, gross iceberg lettuce, tomato and onion on it. If I had been told when I called that they actually don't make the green Chile burger at all and it's just a plain burger, I would have ordered something else. The meat was gristly and gross and I couldn't eat it and had to throw it out. Disappointed I wasted $22 on this awfulness that I threw out anyway.

Enchiladas, Jack Daniels old fashioned, the robotic server.

While staying at the Sheraton Uptown, I tried the enchiladas and was not disappointed! Highly recommended with the green sauce. The old fashioned was spot on and food brought to you by this nifty device.

Hidden Gem in Nobhill Albuquerque…read more I recently visited the restaurant at Mission Winery and had a great experience from start to finish. To start, I ordered the sangria and the crab & artichoke dip. The sangria was on the sweeter side but not overwhelmingly so, making it easy to enjoy with the appetizer. The dip was delicious, creamy, and packed with flavor, although I honestly couldn't taste much artichoke. It was still a great starter, especially paired with the bread. For dinner, I ordered the red chile fried chicken bites with fries. The chicken was the standout of the meal--crispy, flavorful, and coated in a delicious red chile sauce that had just the right amount of kick. The fries were perfectly cooked and paired well with the ketchup. My friend shared the appetizer with me and ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad, which she enjoyed alongside one of the wine tasting flights. The real surprise of the evening came after dinner. Our host handed us a card with a password to access the speakeasy downstairs. If you visit Mission Winery, don't skip this part. The speakeasy had a completely different atmosphere from the restaurant above and quickly became the highlight of the night. The space feels intimate, sophisticated, and thoughtfully designed, with dark wood accents, comfortable seating, and a stylish lounge vibe. My friend and I both ordered espresso martinis, and they were fantastic. The presentation alone was impressive--the unique glassware was chilled and helped keep the cocktail cold longer, allowing us to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. Between the excellent food, wine, creative cocktails, and the hidden speakeasy experience, Mission Winery offers much more than just a typical dinner out. The restaurant was great, but the speakeasy downstairs is what will have me coming back. Recommendation: Start with dinner upstairs, then ask about the speakeasy password and finish your evening downstairs with an espresso martini. It's one of the coolest date night or girls' night experiences I've found in Albuquerque.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a really cool art-gallery vibe throughout the space. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time sipping wine and browsing the local artwork. The wine selection was impressive--lots of unique New Mexico wines to choose from, and the tasting flights are a great way to try several different varieties. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, offering recommendations based on what we liked and explaining the wines without making it feel intimidating. We also tried a cheese board which paired perfectly with the wine and made the whole experience feel a little extra special. Whether you're a serious wine enthusiast or just looking for a fun stop while exploring Old Town, this place is definitely worth checking out. Great wine, great vibe, and great service. I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in the area.

We had a reservation for 11:30am and arrived on time, but ended up waiting outside for about 10 minutes with no staff in sight. We called multiple times for assistance before anyone came out. To make matters worse, the friend who made the reservation was never informed that brunch is held in the private club and not the e restaurant, which caused unnecessary confusion right from the start. Once a waiter finally found us, we were taken to the private club where we were told they only had three brunch menu items available that day. We ordered immediately, along with waters and mimosas. Keep in mind, there were only two tables total--our group of three and another group of seven--so it wasn't busy. Despite that, service was extremely slow. It took 20 minutes just to get our mimosas, and our waters were forgotten and didn't come out until another 10 minutes later. Our food took about 40 minutes, which felt excessive given how few people were there. Even more frustrating, my friends' meals came out about 10 minutes before mine. There's really no reason meals at the same table shouldn't be served together. The food itself was just okay. The only standout was the French toast, which was actually really good--and honestly the only reason this review isn't one star. I also ordered coffee and was told they don't carry creamer, which is surprising for a place offering brunch. Our waitress rarely checked on us throughout the meal, which added to the overall lack of service. Between the confusion, long wait times, and lack of attention, this experience didn't meet expectations. I won't be returning.

Our reservation was on time and people were quite attentive, assuring us it would be (we got there early). The ambiance was relaxed and quiet, but it got noisier as the night crowd joined. Service was attentive and also slow at times. I am unsure if the slow service was as we were enjoying our company or if this is the norm. As friendly as the service was, there were some significant mistakes. One order was not put with the others, delaying the dish even more. Having a party of six, I would expect the server to ask how to split the check before giving it. That delayed things even more at the end. To correct this mistake, he offered a drink on the house. And the last one, they charged me for drinks we didn't drink. We found this after we left. In terms of drinks, they were fantastic and long-named! My bartender's choice was absolutely in point. Even though the dishes came late, we were excited when they arrived. Visually, they were pretty. I can only describe our dishes and not that of our friends, as we didn't try them. For appetizers, we got the crudo. This was quite refreshing and bright ahi tuna with lots of citrus helped by pieces of creamy avocado. The hubs got the steak frites. Visually appealing, but the flavors did not match my eyes. The meat was cooked perfectly but was missing flavor and seasoning. The fries were also bland. I got the seared duck breast. This dish was visually stunning. However, it also did not meet the expectations set by the visuals. The vegetables and balsamic sauce were the heroes, while the duck breast was small and a third was just fat. Considering the prices of this place, we expected the visuals to match the flavors, but they were unfortunately not the same.

My wife and I always split things the same way: she gets a slice of The Angry, and I go with The Pepp. The combination of spicy pepperoni and hot honey is absolutely incredible! We also never skip the Caesar salad, which is generously sized and topped with a mountain of freshly shredded Parmesan. My only complaint has nothing to do with the food. Serving everything on paper plates with plastic forks feels completely out of step with the restaurant's otherwise great atmosphere.
