He explained how things work and what we can expect. He was very through when it comes to explaining how materials work. He was easy to talk to about what we wanted done and gave us options. He made us feel included and always asked if we had any questions or concerns about the days work. He also checked in when he didn't need to. Eitan and his team were flexible and able to adapt to any changes. There was a miscommunication on my part regarding the replacement of the skylights. We decided that wanted it replaced almost at the end of the project. Eitan was nice enough to connect me to their supplier to get things started. The roof was done in 5 days, they had to come back a few weeks later to put the new skylights. I felt bad, but Eitan ensure me that it is ok and that it happens more than I know. Gus was extremely knowledgeable leading up to the project. All of my questions were answered promptly. The local team led by Alex J was extremely professional. They did a nice job protecting our neighbors from overspray, fixed some soffit rot, and expertly sloped the foam into a better drainage pattern. One of the things we were looking to achieve was a decrease in temperature during hot months. The week they finished was 95 F and it was noticeably 15 degrees cooler inside than prior to the foam. Unreal. We had them replace three skylights, and while there was a blip in getting them ordered, Alex made it right. Installed quickly and made a huge difference in the light inside the home. This review is long overdue. Elite was hired to waterproof a deck. The phone and email service…read morewere totally fine and the folks who came to assess the job were also great. The first time they finished the work, water was still pooling on the deck with some light rain. I complained, and they sent some folks over to redo the work. This second time they left the place pretty dirty, with painters tape half covered in waterproofing material which is still nearly impossible for me to remove. But the kicker? The work itself is still subpar. There's no primer under the paint they used on the door from the deck so it's peeling off. The water still leaks into the room below and I had to have someone else come and take a look at it. The edges of the work particularly where the deck meets the house were very poorly done. I'm disappointed that not only did they have to do the job twice, but the second time they left things so dirty, tape literally painted on, and never checked in or even had someone confirm with me the work was done. Having someone else come by has highlighted just how poorly this was handled. I wouldn't ever go back to these guys.

This my second review of this company. I used them a couple years ago to repair a leak in my roof…read moreand they did a nice job for a reasonable price compared to three other quotes I received. At that time I also got for quotes to redo my whole roof. At the time the house was built the building code did not require cement tile roofs to have wood boards under the tile and that's one of the reason I had leaks throughout the time I bought the house new. I wanted to have wooden boards and underlayment added under the tile and than replace the existing tile. Miguel , owner of Royalty roofing and three other companies gave me a quote for the exact same work. Miguel's quote was the lowest with two others being twice Miguel's quote. I then decided to hold off on the work since Miguel has already came out and did the repair work. It's now two years later, my wife and I decided to go ahead and do the repair but now adding new tiles instead of keeping the existing ones. I contact Miguel for a new quote with new tiles. I was surprised that his quotes with new tile was roughly the same price I received from other roofers quotes I received a couple years ago for just adding the wood boards and underlayment. WE signed a contract and the work was completed in about 2 1/2 weeks. Miguel's crew came at 8 am everyday and worked diligently each and everyday. Miguel was always around or just call alway to answer any questions. He very responsive to your needs and easy to talk to. We were also having our house painted after the roof work and he offered to come back after the painting was completed to inspect and replace and tiles that might have been broken by the painters. He also left us half a dozen tiles to keep in case tiles get broken in the future. He also added new rain gutters which I didn't ask for but at his price I just felt lucky to get them. Gutters alone cost between $2000 to $3000 . I do highly recommend him to anyone who wants their roof repaired or replaced. One of my neighbors hired him along with me. He is licensed contractor and had an A+ rating with the BBB.
