Best coleslaw ever, not mayo based.
    Vicky G.

I love grilled cheese!! I saw this restaurant on Yelp and they had high reviews so I figured all those people can't be wrong. I ordered a cherry cheesecake dessert sandwich and a cowboy burger sandwich. Both were made to order, fresh. The coleslaw served with the burger was the best I've ever tried, and I normally hate coleslaw. The Mac and cheese side that came with the burger wasn't hot enough for me but I microwaved it when I got home and it was delicious. It was a family ran business with excellent customer service. Inside was clean and busy with fun decor. We were pleased to have a meal taste as great as you expect. The Yelp reviews did not let us down this time.

This hidden gem is a ten. Who would have ever thought of turning a wide variety of grilled cheese sandwiches into a gourmet experience. There is literally something for everyone. The atmosphere is an extremely clean diner. After you place your order, have a seat and let them do the rest. They actually have takeout boxes on the counter knowing most of us will have to take the second half of our sandwich home. A truly wonderful experience.

This is the BEST place! Family owned and operated, always great service. We always stop for lunch when we come to the beach. I'm working my way down the menu and so far everything has been delicious (patty melt, Gobbler - turkey & Brie, French dip - sliced sirloin, Brie and caramelized onions), but I'm currently addicted to the CheeZeeChicken on rye bread - sliced chicken breast, peppers, onions, mushrooms, provolone. Hubs has the CheeZeeSteak! Sides are also good - hubs LOVES the Cole slaw (not mayo based) and I do too (even though I'm not really a cole slaw fan!) And the desserts are awesome! I mean - hazelnut spread, cheesecake filling and raspberry sauce grilled on brioche bread!

Great place along the beach up in Ormond that I've never been to before. Very surprised that it wasn't packed during spring break, but it was busy. So first time experience, i was greeted right away thought that was very pleasant and placed my order after looking through a variety of different pictures. Figured on trying their cheesesteak. I've eaten quite a few in my life and this was really very very good. This place is clean and friendly and definitely a place that kids would love. They have a variety of different options including soups. If you end up getting the chicken parm and it comes on garlic bread that's because I suggested it! If you're around, give this place a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed - I certainly wasn't and I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the chicken parm with garlic bread!

Wow, wow, wow! Just visited Absolutely Cheezee, and had an amazing experience! Small dining area, but super-clean inside! Small menu (they know what they're good at). We ordered a Pimento Mac & CheeZee, a Cuban, and two sweet teas. Food came out only a few minutes later. Fresh, hot, delicious, and absolutely Cheezee! Messy and delightful is how I would describe the experience! Napkins are a must! Lol. The fries were piping hot, and super crispy.....possibly the best fries I've ever had! Will be back for sure!

    Cheesesteak, house chips, and slaw.

The building doesn't look that great and nothing really fancy about it but I had the cheesesteak and it was really good. There was one lady running the register and waitressing. She did great to be doing it all. The house chips seemed a little stale even though you could tell they just came out the fryer. Was not a fan of the slaw but that's just my preference.

    Got the cheezesteak!!

Food was amazing, service was great felt so homey and welcomed, they have several different options. Definitely would come back

Great option for a night in. Hearty options, and delicious. Huge portion sizes and plenty of cheese. Grub hubbed an order and everything arrived toasty warm and ready to eat.

5,5,5! When scoping out the food spots my daughter stumbled upon this little spot. Now we even thought why would we get grilled cheese while at the beach?! Well so glad we did! The service was absolutely over the top incredible. The grilled cheese...wow! Two of us ordered patty melts, and my daughter ordered a French dip, and the cinnamon roll dessert cheese. PLUS they have gluten free bread!! This hit the spot and was so filling. We could only eat half our food which left a perfect pool side snack for the afternoon. Alison was truly amazing! Make the stop here for the service and experience! Well done!!

My hubby had been working outside all day and asked if we could wait for an inside table. The host personally went and cleared/reset a table for us. My husband tried to tip him and he would not accept it. Our server was Cassandra and she was amazing. After dinner and dessert we asked for some recommendations amd she had some great ones. We had the lamb, a filet and a ny strip. All were cooked perfectly. The standout for me was the fried chicken. You can add a breast or thigh to any meal. I had a thigh and it was one of the best I have had. Crispy, tasty and the chicken itself was tender and juicy. When I come back I am definitely ordering the chicken! If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try. There is free valet parking, which is helpful since there is not a lot of parking. The valet were hustling! Did I mention the heat? Don't forget to tip them. The faster they move the higher the tip in my opinion.

He was a riot just as nice and friendliest can be! Gotta start with that truly made us feel valued. When you walk in, you can tell this as a family owned establishment by the atmosphere. The food wow the portions are humongous. I have to start with that. You definitely will not leave here hungry! The corn beef was fresh. I wished it had more onion and some bell pepper, but it was still great. I sampled the chicken salad and that was out of this world and the hamburger looked fantastic. As we were leaving, they had just put out muffins and cinnamon rolls. What a tremendous tease! Here it is Passover so I cannot have it and pistachio muffins are my favorite and they looked phenomenal. I was so tempted to break Passover so early for the looks of that muffin, but I knew it was a test that I had to pass. That was not easy! This was definitely worth the drive and the value for the dollar! We were told the wait was 30 minutes for two people but it was only around 15 minutes. Katie took care of us and overall she was ok. She was busy as I saw her attending to tables outside but it felt like she did the bare minimum. She took our order, refilled our drinks, and assisted us in paying our bill. Food didn't take long to come out and almost every table was full with a large mob waiting inside and outside of the restaurant. I enjoyed the food although it could have been hotter. Both of our meals were warm so we think it could have been sitting for a while in the kitchen before we were served. I liked the eggs Benedict as the meal had a nice texture overall and the hollandaise sauce was tasty. Potatoes were crispy and I found the seasoning to be perfect. They need smaller plates because I felt like the cost of the meal was more than what it was actually worth. You can see in the picture that my meal appears small because the plate is so big. I ate it all so fast and I was actually still hungry at the end. I didn't know my meal came with some fruit so that was a nice touch. Our server did try to upsell us a couple times offering me a side of toast or some fritters for the table when we sat. It's a decent place to stop at in town. It's very casual and gives diner vibes with the semi sticky menus.

Having been to the grind over the years, we have certain expectations as to the quality of food and…read moreservice. I want to preface this by saying we went on a very cold day and ate indoors..the pizza was outstanding and the waiter was friendly and engaging..in other words, typical for our experiences there. Prior to this, we even brought friends who hadn't been there before and loved it...now, to our recent experience: We were seated and the waitress seemed as though she wasn't very familiar with the menu and had to check on our requests, each check took a disturbingly long time. When we brought our friends, my gal ordered a hamburger and I asked the waitress if she could have the wagyu, rather than the angus burger, she readily said yes and my gal marveled over the burger...fast forward to the last experience, the waitress said she'd have to order the wagyu as posted and it "wasn't available" as a stand alone order. So my gal settled for the angus burger and again, the wait was a bit long and as we were considering to leave, the waitress showed up, gave us our food and left. the onion rings were cold...literally...they had been out so long that they weren't even warm (our prior experiences the onion rings arrived hot and delicious). Again we waited for our waitress to return and my gal had to ask another waitress if she could get us some hot onion rings. That waitress noted the cold onion rings and brought them back to the kitchen to prove we weren't being unreasonable, which was a greatly appreciated gesture on her part. Very promptly, the "other" waitress brought our onion rings, apologizing profusely...we thanked her and when my gal started into her Caesar salad, it was inedible....soggy, nearly tasteless and resembling a hot spinach salad with soggy lettuce than a crisp Caesar salad....the upside, the second batch of onion rings were up to their usual excellent standard, the burger was good, but not the intensity of flavor their wagyu burger had. If we hadn't been semi-regulars, it is a near certainty we wouldn't go back, but we aren't going to let a single experience unravel years of good experiences.
