Half-eaten Ground beef w beans & fixings. This is only 1/2 of the fixings. We had all toppings separated for the drive home.

The best Navajo taco in the Valley! Abuela's Fry Bread Co. is an absolute gem! We both ordered the ground beef fry bread loaded with beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, salsa, and sour cream, and it was absolutely delicious. Because our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, we couldn't resist ordering a third one with the Green Chili Beef to save for later. They were so accommodating and packaged all the toppings separately so it wouldn't get soggy on the ride home! The service was remarkably friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Hands down the best Navajo taco I've had in the Valley. We will definitely be back! So good--thank you, ladies!

Bottom: Green chili beef and then the trio with the other 3 meats. And cinnamon sugar fry bread. Huge and fluffy!

Nice little spot with the BEST fry bread. The meat inside was 10/10! Huge amount of fillings. We sampled each meat and they were so delicious. Got a desert fry bread as well. Great price and service! We are so pumped this opened up and we will be back.

Made to order fried bread. We ordered ground beef fried bread and cinnamon and sugar fried bread and it was all good.

Great place for a fry bread. The staff was friendly and the service was very fast and food was good quality. I just got traditional ground beef but am looking forward to trying their red chili and green chili.

I love fry bread tacos. I am very happy to report that Ahwatukee has its own fry bread taco restaurant. Abuelas is now open near Zzeeks. The fry bread is tasty, the portions large, and the service friendly.

Really great frybread! Delicious! It is nice to have something to eat besides tacos, burgers, and pizza.

Definitely a vibe for anime lovers! Food-wise, we started with the gyoza and they were delicious. Perfectly cooked and even better dipped in the ponzu sauce! We also tried the sushi flight, which was a great way to sample a few different flavors. Overall, I really enjoyed it, although the eel was probably my least favorite of the flight just personal preference. The crispy tuna rice was easily the star of the meal! Crispy, flavorful, and the textures worked so well together. I would 100% order that again. The ramen, however, was just okay for me. It wasn't bad or inedible, but the broth was lacking that rich, deep flavor I look for in a good bowl of ramen. A little more depth and seasoning would really take it to the next level. The service was honestly one of the highlights. Our waiter was super friendly, cool, and attentive without hovering, which I always appreciate. Overall, there were definitely more hits than misses. The great service, fun atmosphere, and crispy tuna rice are enough for me to give Full Moon Izakaya another try. Next time, I'll be exploring more of the menu!

Been here a few times and they've made a few changes I don't love. First off, they have replaced…read morecucumbers for lettuce. Just an odd change since the cost is low on both. Traditional sushi does not have lettuce...bad sushi places and grocery stores use lettuce. Second, the head chef seems to have let an apprentice take on the omakase. This completely changes the experience. I don't like the cheese on sushi and having it served by a backup guy just doesn't do it. Used to love this place but questioning their direction. Great news, they have replaced the lettuce with cucumber! Maybe chef got some negative feedback.

Came for a weekday dinner and the place was empty. Nice having the ordering tablet on the table,…read morejust like in Japan, though the descriptions were generic and unhelpful (all said the fish were high in protein and nutritious for rebuilding muscle). We asked about the fish of the day and special fish which happened to be the same, mackerel, the day we went. Interestingly, the servers had no idea about the fish aspects of the menu and everything was deferred to the sushi chefs. Ordered a few temaki (hand rolls) - yellowtail and spicy tuna- and they were tasty! All the nigiri we ordered were fresh without fishiness, and had generous portions for the price. Nice to have fresh wasabi which had a nice kick and sweetness. Thoroughly enjoyed these nigiri: seared black cod, ocean trout, hamachi/yellowtail, unagi. Yuzu & rainbow rolls had super appetizing sauces. Ordered the uni from Japan which was supposed to be sweeter than creamier but this one was very distasteful for me, had a strong scent like saliva, and I was unable to tolerate it.
