They make sure anything they paint matches 100% to the original. They make sure to update you if there are any issues. They make sure to fix things quickly and efficiently. I haven't even gotten my car fixed yet, but my experience coming in for a quote was SO positive that I have to write a review now! I came to Abx a couple weeks ago on a friend's recommendation, to get a quote for fixing some bumper damage. For context, the front bumper of my Toyota Prius is gradually coming off, not due to an accident but just due to being low-to-the-ground and parts under the car scraping the ground when going over bumps. So I can't go through insurance, and it's an expensive fix. I had a less-than-ideal experience getting a quote from Caliber Collision (the number was astronomical) and needed to find something cheaper. I called Abx to make an appointment, but they said I could just come in. A couple hours later, I showed up, and John immediately examined the damage. He was so much nicer than the guy I worked with at Caliber Collision, and he offered to add some extra screws and industrial-strength sticky strips to the side pieces, so they don't fall off... FOR FREE!!! So now the fix was no longer an emergency, more of a nice-to-have. Then, the price he quoted was a third of what Caliber told me. Incredible!! My car got in an accident and my insurance company was trying to locate a collision center near my home and this one came up and I'm so glad I went there. Got into our car accident more than a month ago, so it definitely took some time, we kept being told "one more week" every so often but it wasn't any of their fault! Parts took time to come in, Honda took some time, and it was just the attention to detail so we dont run into problems. We trusted them after asking all the necessary questions to be on the same page.. they dont use salvage pieces from the junk yard, if that is your main concern (it was ours), but no, it was all from Honda/brand new with life time warranty. The attention to detail was really good. as you can see in the photo, he was still cleaning the car so it was as good as new! Super nice and super trust worthy! Could not be happier with my repairs. I was rear-ended by an idiot kid and this really shook things up with my work/logisitcs, etc. ABX was able to procure genuine OEM parts to make my car as close to new as it was before. While I hate insurance and All State is terrible, thank goodness they at least partner with a trusted business who clearly knows what they are doing, exceeding my expectations along the way with communication, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service. If you too get hit by an idiot, don't hesitate to choose ABX, they also guarantee repairs for the lifetime ownership of the car. About 2 months ago, I got rear ended by a newer and lifted Toyota Tacoma on the freeway (in the rain) on my way to work. We drove over some sheeting that was flying on the 5 freeway and immediately heard a weird sound after. We called and asked if ABX could take a look and they saw us right when we arrived. I got multiple estimates which indicated the same work and Abx was significantly cheaper. All of the estimates were provisional on whether there was more damage that they could only see when they had done some investigation. As I expected, it turned out there was more damage and I was quickly notified including pictures that for evidence. Even so, it was no more than the other estimates (which were under estimates because they would have found the same issues). It looks great. read more

My car was hit by a driver with no insurance and John the manager at ABX took great care of me. One of the Ford's parts he ordered came in bent and he drove up to Irvine to get the only other one that was available in the US. I followed the textbook, got three quotes, one was from John and ABX at the suggestion of a friend, and I'm so grateful I did. I saw abx when I was getting my nails done next door and stopped by to get an estimate on my side mirror that was hit my some kids. Another place told me that I needed to replace the whole mirror and wanted to charge me almost 2000$. The gentleman from abx that came out to quote the repair fixed my mirror in about 10 minutes without any problem and didn't even want to take payment! It's easy to take advantage of people and charge for repairs that aren't necessary since alot of us don't understand in vehicle repairs, but they didn't. ABX repaired my Mazda MX5. The repair was done correct and in a timely manner. The service writer John took care of all the paperwork and sent me update photos. The car looks as good as it did the day I purchased it. The car was returned to me clean and has had no issues since the repair.
