Richard (owner) gave me a quote and helped me schedule the oil change. During that oil change, Cole (one of the mechanics) noticed that my shocks were leaking, which was causing uneven tire wear. I truly appreciated his keen eye and honesty in pointing it out. Because of his heads-up, I went to the Jeep dealership and was able to get the shocks replaced under warranty -- something I likely would have missed until it was too late and no longer covered. More recently, I returned to have my start/stop battery replaced to clear a caution light, and once again the experience was smooth and professional. Their pricing is reasonable, the quality of work is solid, and they get your car ready quickly without cutting corners. The other day I went in for an oil change thinking I may need some work done as my car just hit 123k miles and something seemed a little off. I ended up needing my axel shaft and seal replaced. On both of these jobs Lu was able to get the work done within the day. He is communicative, personable, and upfront about pricing. I'd recommend anyone to at least get their oil changed here as it was less than 100 for full synthetic and they actually check if there needs to work done.
