I was really excited to stay here because I loved my stay at the AC Hotel in Seattle. This location has easy access to highways and nearby shop, seems safe, and the staff (especially the valet team!) were nice and friendly. They have a mini fridge that comes with 2 water bottles daily and a safety deposit box (although the one in my first room didn't work) in each room. I loved the modern, more minimal look of the rooms, the water pressure was great, and I enjoyed using the gym (even though half the machines were out of service). There were minor issues with cleanliness and being charged for valet parking instead of self-parking, a bigger issue with noise level and trying to change to a different room, and what would've been a 3.5 star review even after all the mishaps resulted in a downgrade because of empty words by management after they reached out to me a week after my stay... which leaves a really poor impression of the brand. The first room I had did not have any conditioner in the shower and was not refilled after housekeeping cleaned the room. It also came with an obviously previously used lotion bottle. There was dust and pieces of dried rice on the floor (which were not from me) when I arrived. The room was next to the elevator, gym, and what was probably the supplies room for housekeeping, and it was pretty noisy. After 2 nights, I stopped at the front desk, and the lady at the front desk worked on it for 20 min, left a note in my file, and told me to check back in the afternoon. No notes were found when I stopped by later, and they had to redo the whole process. I was told the replacement room was exactly the same other than a light for the hearing impaired. But I found out on arrival that it was also a mobility disability room-- meaning the room was not the same-- no glass shower, no futon. I was disappointed to be placed into this room after being reassured that the room would be the same. But the room was cleaner and quieter since it was down the hallway. For being on a relaxing vacation, I was a little annoyed about my sleep on this trip and the room issues. The invoice emailed to me on the day of checkout also noted charges for valet which I did not use. They were able to fix the charges after looking into the records for validated parking. I felt like I had to put in quite a bit of effort for staying at this hotel when it should be effortless and actually enjoyable. I filled out the feedback form they emailed to me a week after my stay, and management reached out afterwards to apologize via email and said reward points would be added to my account... and it never appeared. I emailed him back asking him about it and never received a reply. I guess this is how they train their management to try and appease guests, words of reassurance (the front desk had also said they would credit some points for the hassle but that never happened either). That fired me up and motivated me to actually write a poor review (which I'm not super fond of doing). I for sure won't be staying here again, but I may suggest it to friends who are heavy sleepers since the hotel has a nice and convenient location next to the airport. It was also pretty busy with business travelers, so it might be good for anyone looking to network.

AC hotel rooms are pretty standard: all the rooms looks alike. So you always know what the room will look like from one property to the next. Hotel rooms are very minimalist. The differences that you will experience is the hospitality at the hotel, lobby, restaurant and perhaps the gym area. We appreciate the lack of carpet from a cleanliness standpoint. This hotel is all about location, location and location. Centrally located to businesses, high end restaurants and more. Located in the heart of AC. Despite the location, this hotel had some major misses, below are some of the issues: Issues: 1. Low water pressure 2. Rooms not sound proof 3. Pool area dirty: staff did not pick up and replace towels 4. Bad water in sinks: not drinkable 5. Air conditioner sounds like a plan preparing for lift off: super loud 6. Also lack of Greek products in shower

Good selection of nut bars, alcohol, food, & necessities.

The pros- -Aestetics are minimal, dark soothing color pallete of espresso and taupe. The only white in there is the sheets and towels. It looks more of a singles pad vs a hotel room. -The AC is super cold and refreshing. -I love how freely I can get extra soaps. -The added touch of little fillable sachets and dried lavender offered was really a sweet thoughtful touch to guests. -The shower is exceptionally white and clean. I love that. I actually allowed myself to shower barefoot. I normally don't in hotels. I wear my rubber slippers. -The breakfast buffet food omlettes and other items were fancy and yummy. -Cons -The breakfast designated for our team wasn't great. I placed a high bar considering the impressive hotel room and lobby. -The cost of the breakfast buffet $21 an adult was expensive. -The cocktails at night were expensive. $16 for a Moscow Mule and no Happy Hour or complimentary evening wine like some hotels still have. -Beds were not comfortable. For the price I wouldn't stay there again.

It's nice and clean. Staff is nice and courteous. Interior it's modern, feels good to be in but can get claustrophobic after a few nights.

    Nice hotel room confortable?

It's nice, but also brand new, meaning it's missing some things due to their commitment to aesthetics (a dresser, room service, storage in bathroom or main area). I travel for business and my king suite is nice, just be wary of some missing things.…

I came across the Terrace, located near the university, which featured a lovely patio and scenic views overlooking the golf course. When we arrived around two in the afternoon, the restaurant was nearly empty. The interior was stylish, but I preferred sitting outside to enjoy the view. A large group of golfers was having lunch nearby. Since it wasn't crowded, our server easily arranged a table for seven. One downside was a man who continued to smoke on the patio despite being told it wasn't allowed, though fortunately, he didn't smoke the entire time. My man and I shared a Mexican Mango Mule, which was especially refreshing after the lengthy ceremony. We sampled several dishes--calamari, chicken wings and fries, beef tacos, and chicken tacos--in order of preference, from most favorite to least (though none were bad, just varying in appeal). The kids enjoyed a bowl of Bolognese and seemed satisfied. To top it off, the staff surprised me with a complimentary brownie and ice cream to celebrate my graduation. The service was excellent, the venue was perfect for lunch, and the food was delicious!
