The technician came to my house on Wednesday and diagnosed the issue. He was supposed to send a report to the insurance company to initiate the repair, but he never did. For four days straight, my insurance company tried calling Robertson Mechanical without any response; their calls went to voicemail every time. Due to this lack of communication and follow-through, my insurance provider had to assign a new technician to get the job done.

Albert was the last one of the day, and even though I'm sure he had had a long and hot day, he was the only one who was industrious enough to actually look in my attic(s). He also was the only one who offered to repair my old unit (right then!) to keep it going until the new unit could be installed. I also have a small Airbnb with a separate smaller unit and he promised to always be quick and on call for me. 5 years later, Albert has his own company, and, as a REALTOR, I've recommended him to other REALTORS and friends.
