Tiffany made scheduling easy and provided very reasonable estimates for the repairs. Manny managed the job and took the time to explain every repair step by step, which I really appreciated. Cowboy was incredibly meticulous with the repair and replacement work, and it showed in the final result. As an added bonus, they inspected my entire roof, sealed any problem areas with silicone, and nailed down loose tiles that had shifted during the ice storm. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. ACA of Hermitage and Gainsboro TN replaced a bathroom floor for me one year ago. The workmanship was terrible at the time. Cracked grout, transitions that did not match up, grout on walls and wood floors adjacent to the project and uneven floor tiles.They sent the same installer to fix the issues. He did not. I mistakenly paid for the job thinking they would stand behind it. They did not. Over the last year the floor tiles have cracked and are lifting up off the floor. When you walk on the floor it makes popping noises. It is obvious that the tiles are just simply sitting on the subfloor. After many months of attempting to contact the project manager he finally returned the call to inform me he no longer works for the company. He referred me to Tiffany with ACA. She came to my home and took photos. She later sent a text that the owner said it is not under warranty. I asked to speak with him but have not heard back from him for several weeks. Poor workamnship. Poor project management. Poor communication. Refusal to make this right. I very strongly advise anyone to stay away from ACA Construction in Hermitage and Gainsboro TN. read more

I 100% recommend this company. Steve Stirmell went way above and beyond what I expected when I started having problems with my insurance company not wanting to cover a full roof when storms hit over 2 months ago. He fought tooth and nail for me never giving up taking pictures of the damage and going as far as getting samples to send in until finally after more than 2 months they were willing to pay for a whole roof replacement. I would not recommend ACA Construction to my worst enemy! Our experience with them replacing our roof was a nightmare! The workmanship was shoddy, we found corona bottle caps in the yard. They popped nails out of the drywall of the entire front ceilings inside of our house. They didn't replace plywood or flashings that needed to be replaced. This led to them having to re-do a large portion of the roof twice! The owners of this company need to take a class on customer service as they lied, cheated and disparaged our name. They tried to overcharge us and blame us for their mistakes and terrible roofing crew. They never once offered to compensate us for the interior damage they caused from slamming bundles of shingles on our roof. They were only concerned with their profit margin. DO NOT hire this company! You will be overcharged, lied to and treated like a dollar sign! Buyer beware! read more

I just got roof replaced Saturday. John talked and met with me through the entire process. The roof looks nice, and the company is scheduled to repair my gutters and downspouts. I was worried because I have never had to file an insurance claim, but John was there to reassure me and work directly with the claims adjuster. I paid for half of the work up front with a deposit. The workers did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was done. On top of that I have a warranty on the workmanship and materials! read more

These guys were just fantastic from start to finish. I called 4 other businesses and these guys were the only ones that called back and showed up. More than that, they came within a couple of hours of my call on a Friday evening. To hold me over until my install date, they added temporary caulking so no more water would flow in. John Johnson is customer focused and I really enjoyed working with him. He's very responsive and detailed. The guy that came to do my install was just as great. He really knew what he was doing and cared about my home. We had agreed on a color of the flashing prior to the install but the installer wanted me to see the colors side-by-side as there was a bit of a difference. He didn't have to take the extra time to do this as it was clearly in the contract. I'm so glad he did because we changed it to better match the color that was already there. It looks really nice and I can breathe easy now knowing my home is sealed from the water! read more
