Just found this new Acai spot in Pasadena and I must say the Acai is on point! Not too sweet not too bitter. Good selection of toppings. Priced very fairly especially for the area. Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. They've got Bulletproof cold brew on tap which is the best way to wash down Acai in the morning. I got a Nature (small) size bowl with Hemp Granola, mango, and banana. Kept it healthy and said no to the Nutella (I got resolutions to keep!). The Hemp Granola was bomb! It never got soggy while eating the Acai (if you know you know!). Family owned and they're super friendly. Worth a visit! read more

I picked up two drinks, one for me and my sister, and I got the Acai Berry Smoothie for both of us. The employee at the time I visited explained the menu options when she found out it was my first time stopping by which I thought was really sweet. However, as much as I wanted to love it, the Acai Berry Smoothie didn't taste much like acai or berries; there was an overpowering flavor of peanut butter which I thought was kind of unpleasant over the course of the smoothie. read more

I was so disappointed when our local açai place closed down a year ago. Then comes the "Acai Bar" to save the day!! Peter the owner, & his great staff, couldn't be more gracious & nice to all who walk in! My family & I walked in with our pups & we felt at home right away! There Açaí bowls are DELISH!!! They have a very good variety of bowls, & you can build your own as well!! I had their berry bowl, which had various berries, bee pollen, & goji berries. I will be back for it!! Delicious Acai and great service. I don't live in the area but this is the second time I've been to Acai Bar in Pasadena and loved it both times. THE BEST ACAI AROUND! Not joking. I discovered Acai Bar during the COVID 19 pandemic. I was concerned to go out to eat anywhere in fear an infected person will handle my food, but the gal who waited on me had enough PPE on to make me feel comfortable. So, I sat in my car outside Acai Bar and made my order online (through Yelp, in fact) and 5 minutes later, it was brought to my car. I took it home and gobbled it all up! And you know what, it was the most delicious Acai bowl I've ever had. My toppings included bananas, peanut butter, some yummy granola, and bee pollen. This place really has my heart! Literally will miss this place when i go back to my country! Dont ask me twice about the flavor of the acai! It's thicc, not watery, the level of sweetness is great, everything about it is just right. The berries are fresh, they have the gluten free option for granola, and the flavor of the almond butter is great too! But, the most important is the amount of topping they give to my acai bowl, a lot! literally i only have one and a half month left to eat this amazing acai :') gonna be back for more , or everyday maybe to enjoy it while it lasts! I like their açaí bowls but they overcharge and don't disclose prices. I tried to order a Butter me up (the 8$ bowl) and the girl cashier adds 3$ worth of additional seeds/dates. I specifically asked for only strawberry as an addition, but she added seeds and dates. I also asked the cashier for the 8$ bowl and she said "yeah I got it."Apparently she didn't because I had to go back in there and ask for the receipt, which showed $3 worth of extra charge. It's not a huge deal but it is annoying because I like this spot. I don't want to be charged extra for nothing and I assume everyone else doesn't either. Could be better. read more

This is a wonderful place, but you definitely don't get what you pay for, as it's incredibly overpriced. The containers they provide are barely filled, usually it's a scoop or two of açaí with a ton of free space remaining in the container. Aside from this, it's delicious. On occasion, the customer service can be a bit subpar, some days it's good, others it's pretty bad. There's nice seating outside and it's conveniently located for quick parking and pickup. Like I said, my only grievance is you don't get much of what you pay for servings size, especially considering the price. Regardless, would still recommend this place, it makes for a tasty treat! read more

Very convenient location since there are no acai shops in north Pasadena but it tastes just ok. They do not give you much in terms of toppings and if you get the largest size they do not fill it up all the way. I would rather just make the drive to that old town spot, root and rye or something. Also this spot is pretty pricey for what you get and the parking is limited because of millie's. read more

Was skeptical about ACAI BOWLS because they dont look to appetizing to me. Well i decided to step out of my lil box and explore and ordered from here off the Grubhub app. I ordered there already premade bowls and just added my own toppings. Delivery was on point. Opened up the bag to reveal to me my bowl of ACAI at first look I wasnt sure, so i said to self " grab the damn spoon and try it" Self did just that and BOOM was I in heaven. I dont know what i was expecting but it wasnt that and I was not DISAPPOINTED. IT WAS MIGHTY DELICIOUS. So delicious in fact tht i almost ordered me another one. I love the more sorbet like consistency of the acai. Most other places the acai is already melted by the time I get home but not here. The ingredients are also very good quality.
