On my most recent visit, the technician removed a tire that had a slow air leak, tested it, told me he couldn't identify a leak, and reinstalled the tire with no charge. In the course of the tire inspection, he had apparently taken the tire off and on the rim. The leak that had resulted in a decrease in tire pressure from 32 psi to 20 psi in a week was resolved. The tire has stopped leaking air. Problem solved! Definitely recommend Neace Tire!

At $1000 a pop I really didn't want to have to purchase a new wheel from Tesla. That's where Brian and Acu-Tru Rim and wheel repair come in: For a little over $200 Brian was able to repair the wheel and match the complicated black metallic powder coat finish perfectly. Their website is clunky and hard to navigate. Also, the email confirmation contained a link to track the shipment via their website, but it never worked for me. I always had to call their 1-800 number. When I did call, they were always friendly. I called to get a status once, they promised to call me back, but never did. The other time I called they gave me the shipping status, but never gave me a tracking number.
