I left and came here and they were able to get EVERY set in stain out for ~$35. My jaw dropped when I saw how clean it was - they made a badly stained dress look brand new. Unfortunately, the woman with black hair and tattoos on her hands has been consistently rude and unwelcoming. There is never a greeting or acknowledgment, only "phone number".. and when I say thank you after receiving my items, she simply walks away without responding. This has happened during my last five visits. While my clothes come out fine, the level of customer service is unacceptable. It's disappointing to see a company tolerate behavior like this. I would much rather pay more somewhere else and be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

The explanation I received was that many of my dress shirts were designer brands, so they required "extra care" and were charged at a premium price. These were standard dress shirts that simply happened to have designer labels. There was nothing unusual about them that justified such excessive charges. I was never clearly informed that every designer item would incur a significantly higher fee. When I called to express my concerns, the owner offered me a 10% discount on a future visit. After being charged $488 for only 20 pieces of clothing, a future discount was not a meaningful solution. Why would I return after this experience? I strongly recommend that anyone considering this business ask for a detailed price estimate before leaving any clothing, especially if you own designer brands. In my opinion, the pricing was unreasonable, and I left feeling completely overcharged. I will not be returning.

My father's identity is still a mystery but that's okay at this time. I have a mother who wants a relationship with me and we share so much in common it's like finding a new best friend. We just shared my birthday together 53 years later. I learned that she never got to see me at birth. Such a truly incredible gift! And to think I almost let fear get in the way. If you are on the fence about this, just do it! You've had a lifetime of not knowing, not connecting. Isn't it time to know? Connect yourself to history. It's like discovering a part of yourself that you never knew was missing. Like finding another half of a story you already thought you'd read. It's a very profound feeling. I highly recommend it!

Accent cleaners did an amazing job on my wife's wedding dress. After a full night of party and dancing... her wedding dress had several stains as well as rose pedal spots on the bottom runner. Given how intricate and detailed the dress was, I was hesitant to drop it off. However, they did a great job with it, plus they were super friendly! Its all clean now, with all the stains removed. I can't tell you how Grateful I am to Accent Cleaners! I made a stupid mistake & put a piece of masking tape on the front of my black leather jacket and it left an ugly strip mark behind when I took it off. I was in desperation. I had bought a new suit for an interview and needed my pants hemmed by 2 p.m. So I needed a place that opened early and could do it the same day.
