That apprehension went away IMMEDIATELY and here is why. I was looking at their inventory late one Tuesday night and so I sent an email to them. 9:11 am Wednesday morning (11 mins after they opened) Justin the salesperson emailed me back about the car. At 9:15 he then called me. I picked up, asked how many miles were on the car I was interested in, he told me, I said I'd be there within 2 hours to see it. I pull up, he's got it waiting there for me, he takes my info, I take it for a test drive. I want the SUV. We go in, I ask the price of the car, he tells me. I ask about qualifying discounts, we settle that, we get the paperwork started. I put a deposit down. It was as simple as that. I come back later that night, sign on the dotted line, and I have my car. The only reason it took almost an hour and a half is because the dealership were trying to get ahold of the DMV in my state for the sales tax. But it doesn't end there. My parents were so impressed, they turned around, and bought another Ecosport from him a few days later. I wasn't spoken down, I wasn't harassed about how much I was putting down, it was a simple conversation, yes & no answers, and my auto was purchased. If you are in the NWI region and want a Ford, go to this dealership. Everyone I spoke to there was nice, respectful, and it was just a pleasant, non-headache inducing experience.

When I reached my destination there was a burning smell with no obvious source. I checked under the hood and checked the oil, since per my milage I was due for an oil change and to my surprise the dip stick was clean, checked again and no oil on it. I was able to get 5 qts, put it in and took it straight to a repair shop where they found a leak from the oil filter housing and oil cooler assembly. I had no issue with either of those things before getting my oil changed at your business.
