WOW! talk about trying to immulate someone--this particular store has no originallity of heir own...they have tried to COPY one of MY favorite stores in Sacramento--I have been to the pink spot in natomas many times and I happened to be in elk grove one day and drove by and saw this store--well to my amazement I thought my fav cellular accessory store had opened another location. Let me reassure you this organization is NOTHING like the original Pink Spot in natomas. I had question the man who was there and he told me 100% they are the same company..well as you can see from my reviews I go to the original all the time and my last visit there I spoke to the manager and she informed me NO they are NOT the same company and have nothing to do with one another. Basically after the sucess of the pink spot you will find people that are BOTTOM-FEEDERS and try to immulate other successful companies just to try and fool the general public. As I almost got dupped into thinking they were same and the fact the manager guy said they were...... well the lies will be told along with the copying of a successful store. They sell cheap Chinese made phone covers and screen protectors. Be advised that they don't warranty any of their products. They installed my screen protector and I discovered bubbles and dust behind it after a few hours. When I returned they wanted me to buy another screen protector and would not warranty the one I purchased just a few hours ago. Stay away. read more

Very disappointed about the customer service at this store. Was sold a faulty charger and not compensated for time or inconvenience of having come back twice since the store closed early. Manager would not speak on the phone and told employees that he could not offer anything beyond a product exchange. Previously, I had been kind and given the company a two star. This was because I was able to exchange the chord for a different product. However, it is incorrect that the store stayed open twice for me. I visited once from a 40 minute drive when the store closed despite calling and then came back the following day in the middle of the day. So, that is being dishonest. Unless, of course, it happened to multiple parties in which a one star would also be merited. Unfortunately, none of this would have happened if the product worked. There are similar reviews about the service. Not being honest, available, or considerate to customers does your company a disservice. Save yourself the headache and go to Target. read more

I looked all over to find a cell case for my HTC One X. Only results were Best Buy and At&t. Both had very limited selections. Lucky for me I spotted a sign shaker advertising this store and I pulled in. WOW! Like a kid in a candy store I couldn't decide what I wanted due to the huge selection. They really do cover all the brands and models imaginable for cases (including various brands/sizes of tablets too). Went here today for the first time. We were immediately greeted and assisted. The pregnant woman that helped us was friendly and looked up my kids phones online to see which case would fit. The prices seemed fairly reasonable. I know that businesses in Elk Grove have to deal with higher rent than neighboring cities. I always take that into consideration before I blast them for prices. I will probably be back soon for a phone charger. They do offer a frequent buyer card. I think you receive a stamp for every 5$ spent. read more

I found this place on Wednesday the day before thanksgiving when I was looking for a case for my new sony experia z3. There are no cases available for this phone! So I walked in here and they had a case but not one that I could make work. They told me they should have a delivery the next day and to call back. I then saw they had screen protectors and the woman helping me put it on. It took her about 10 minutes and 2 screens to get it on my phone. She was distracted by 2 of her friends that were there talking to her. Finally she gave me back my phone and then went back to her friends... I stood at the cash register for about 5 minutes until the guy that works there came and helped me. I didn't catch his name but he is super friendly and helpful. He gave me a punch card and explained their loyalty program to me. He said to call back on Friday and the phone cases should be there. I called today (Friday) at 1:30 like he said and he let me know they were not there but he had tracked them and they would definitely be there later in the day. Around 7:30pm my wife and I went to the store to pick up a case. The store was completely empty except for the 2 employees talking to each other. My wife asked if the cases had come in and she was told they had but that they received 6 boxes that day and they could not pull out a single case. We explained that we had been waiting since Wednesday and asked if we could get the case in the morning? We were told no they are to busy and that we should try back on Tuesday... Seriously Tuesday?? I'll go back to Amazon.com and fine a case, this store has very poor customer service from the women that work there. We were there at 7:30pm on Friday night and the store was completely empty... they could have sold us a a phone case. read more

This store is awesome! Employees are great. Aaron, the owner, is extremely friendly and really tries to help, just like the rest of his crew!! They have a HUGE selection of ALL types of accessories for EVERY phone! Wen in to buy a screen protector (about $5) and left with that, 2 new phone cases, an armband for my phone while working out, a couple charging cables, an iPad screen protector, iPad Bluetooth keyboard, ipad case and stylus! I think I spent $100 about on all my stuff which is WAYYY cheaper than any of the popular department stores that carry these type of accessories. They still all work great after 3 months! I like this place it has a lot of accessories for phones and tablets. I been here a couple of times and purchased tempered glass and a button for my iPhone but I recently had to get a new phone so I needed another tempered glass. The one I had previously came with two and it was for the front and back, they didn't carry anymore so the owner said he would order it and put one on hold for me and to come back in 10 days. I waited 2 weeks just in case and went back after work today. I went in and the owner wasn't there but they said they didn't order it because they were having problems with other ones of that kind so they didn't want to buy it since it was wholesale. They told me that when I went the first time but said they would order it. I went in the purchase a case and Bluetooth keyboard for my new iPad. Personally, I feel that quality customer service and respect is what makes a company worth while. The entire time I did not feel respected and the employees were joking around with each other. While making my purchase the cashier did not know how to use the register and their database. (Neither did the person she asked to help her) I came back a few days later to return what I purchased but when I entered the employees were crowded together and one said, "what can I do for you" and I said I needed a return and everyone was quiet until one person finally stood up and said, "I'll take care of it". Unfortunately this person did not know how to make a return. I also found out that they only do store credit which is frustrating to me because I don't really want to buy anything from them again. I love this store. I always come back here to buy stuff for my phones. I just bought a new Iphone and Ipad. They are really good in installing screen protector, they make sure you walk out with no bubbles or dirt.And, one thing I like about this store, is that they let u try cases on your phone. The sales representative waits patiently until I pick the right cases. Unlike, online it is cheap but it takes forever to ship it and sometimes they ship the wrong case or it's broken. I returned the purchase a few days later only to be told I would have to speak to the manager. Expecting a hassle I explained to him that his employee suggested the item I purchased and it turned out to be the wrong item. To my surprise he gave me the refund.
