I was in need of an alignment as well as professional installation for my sport brake kit. I found Accurate Alignments on yelp and took my 2002 WRX in for service. There was zero hassle about installing my Stoptech aftermarket slotted rotors, steel brake lines, and new pads that I had purchased from my normal vendor. I thought I would use their little waiting room with WiFi to get some work done but instead I ended up talking to their super friendly staff and going over my car with the mechanic while he was completing the job. I actually learned a lot and he was very knowledgeable and happy to talk shop. He pointed out that one of my tie rods was about to go bad and I would have to replace that soon. Upon replacing that I would need another alignment. I know cars pretty well and he was spot on with his diagnosis so we held off on the alignment for now pending the new tie rod installation. Its been about a week since installation of the brakes and everything is working great and looks to be done perfectly. I will be going back for a full tie rod swap and alignment soon. I personally look for two things in a shop: Honesty and top quality work. I found both those elements at Accurate Alignments. Here you get the benefit of a high tech shop with the heart and soul of a family owned business. In the end, I felt that the price that I paid for this level of service was absolutely fair and would recommend them to friends, family, and fellow yelpers. read more

Came back today to have them see if they could tweak my caster. They spent over an hour trying to pull this and that and eventually got me all into the green. I just bought my daughter a used car and the he car just didn't feel right so I took the car to Accurate Alignment to have it checked out. They put the car on the lift and found the problem almost immediately. Apparently the previous owners had to have the car towed and the tow truck driver hooked up to the rear lower control arms and bent the arms taking the rear tires way out of alignment causing the drivability issue. In no time they had the parts for the car located and ordered but unfortunately the car had to stay overnight, so I was offered a drive home so I didn't have to wait for a ride. The next day after work I picked up the car and WALA it drove great which in return regained my confidence that my daughter was driving a safe car. I will without hesitation recommend this place to anyone looking for a honest family business who provide service with integrity, pride along with very reasonable pricing. By far the most friendly family owned shop I've ever dealt with. I have a lot of aftermarket parts on my truck and most places won't touch it, however, they were more than happy to help me out. I'm usually a pretty understanding person but I'm rating this place 1 star because this place failed to fix a simple issue with my power steering. I brought my car 4 different times in a matter of less than 6 months, do not go here!!! Now my car can not pass smog due to them ignoring an obvious broken vacuum valve. The receptionist Brooke is friendly, I called and scheduled an appt due to my car having the ongoing power steering issue that still wasnt fixed properly by them and also due to my check engine light being on. Apparently "Brooke" forgot to let the mechanics know about the check engine light (you'd think that it's common sense to check that anyway as a mechanic,but maybe the light wasn't bright enough, regardless I had mentioned it to her as it being an issue and still she somehow forgot to communicate that to the mechanics. Also Brooke is normally the one that communicates the issues to the customers from my personal experiences, I don't understand this because Brooke is not a mechanic so how can she formally explain things when she is not the professional. I have paid this place atleast 1,000 within just the last few months, now my car won't pass smog due to the emissions issue they failed to aknowledge. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

James who worked on my car was a professional and he treated my car like it was his, very clean work. I have a lowered infinity and I have been turned away from many shops in the past for having it too low but they work on lowered cars quite often so they said my car wouldn't be a problem. very happy with the results. Accurate Alignments is the best car service place I've been to. They are honest and full of integrity. My car has 200,000+ miles on it. It needed a lot of front end work. James, owner and technician, showed me what was happening with my car and why it needed the repairs. I appreciated that. I saw with my own eyes what he was talking about. He also told me about some other issues that I would need to watch for but didn't require work at the time. As Brooke (front office) worked up the repair quote, she asked me when was the last time I had changed the timing belt. It had been a long time, at least 100,000 miles. She explained why I should have it replaced while the other work was being done. I heartily agreed with her, and thanked her for pointing that out to me because I would not have thought about changing the timing belt. The quote clearly listed parts and labor, and for the amount of work being done to the car, labor was extremely reasonable and fair. I appreciated the advise they gave me. No pressure or scare tactics were ever applied; just information plainly explained and shown to me without talking down to me. Brooke and James are friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone seemed happy to work there. The shop is very clean. Accurate Alignments is my new go-to car service shop. These are honest folks who will take great care of your car. I love them! read more

These guys are excellent! I had coilovers installed by them a couple weeks back and heard some creaking noises so I took it in to get looked at today. Turned out the coilovers were flawlessly installed and my exhaust was shifting around, which they fixed for no charge! I made a call this am to get an appointment for front end alignment on my Camry. They got me in the next hr. directions were correct, no signs out but they park a truck with their banner on it. That helped. I was greeted immediately with smiles and a hello. The ladies filled out my paperwork and gave me an estimate and took my car right in. Waiting area small but quiet, the mechanic called me in to explain what he was doing and what he thought might be going on, had me take pic of the computer display and schooled me on what was going on right front tire out of alignment. Fixed the problem showed with computer screen corrected alignment. Paid the estimate all seemed right. I have no Idea how long I was there, under an hour, I was chatting with the ladies up front and laughing time went by quickly. Very pleasant morning. read more
