Buyer beware they quote you one price but after you're there it starts going up. Was quoted $167 for brake service ( brake flush) after dropping off the car I was called and told the price was now $197. When the authorization form was sent to me it was well over $200 now. Nothing was added or changed from the original service only their shady pricing practices. Needless to say I left and took my car to a more honest mechanic. Got it back there and then they low balled the price , (hesitantly agreed as just lost a lot of family and needed to move on) then never transferred title. STILL dealing with it!!! Months later!!! I am updating my review because the owner, Sal, contacted me and is diligently working to address my concerns. He is trying find me a less than expensive compressor and offered to check out my wiper issue. Fourth time going there-manager changed again , he was nice but not an auto mechanic. I had a/c recharge for $130 and then was told my a/c compressor needs replaced so a/c doesn't work. I wish the owner was there since I am not sure what the did-now my windshield wiper fluid doesn't work. It is hard to find a trustworthy repair shop. Oh I will have to find another place . read more

I called them up and told them that my dealer was going to charge the craziest amount to change my brake pads. They told me they could get me in, but needed to order the parts so it wouldn't be until the day after. Turns out they couldn't get the brake pads they originally ordered so I was told that there was another option just as good. So I said ok fine and to go ahead with it. This was where I think everything went downhill. Then they said the tech that knew the software to my car wasn't in and so it would be another day...long story short, they had my car for a week just to change brake pads. I get my car back and within the next few days more squeaking. I called them up and they said ok fine, no charge, your brake pads are warranted. But this time it's not my brake pads it's my rotors? So the guy said he cleaned it (and charged me for that) but it was going to eventually need replacing. At this point I'm just frustrated so I took my car somewhere else. The new mechanic that I took my car to informed me that whoever replaced the brake pads didn't do it correctly and that it would need replacing. I hate to be the first person to not give this business 5 stars but that's just my experience. The owner is a nice man and good luck to his business but I wish I was able to have found a regular mechanic with this place, after this experience we probably won't be back. read more

I decided to stay because at first impression they were actually respectful and helpful unlike other places. I needed a lot of help with getting a car running. I sent out a quote on Yelp to several auto shops and was very impressed by Sal's personal response to my needs. For one it showed me he read what my needs were and for two it showed me that he had great reviews! I decided to go with Sal for a tune-up and brakes on my Kia Soul! Not only is my car running better they didn't have to keep my car all day or overnight! The staff was super friendly and Sal was very attentive! For us women it can be hard finding someone to trust when it comes to car stuff. Good service but expensive. Paid 90+ for a oil change for a Honda Civic even though they have a $50 coupon here on Yelp, and they said they couldn't honor it. They also charged me a ton to change my cabin air filter. Brought our car in for a check engine light, the mechanics and Ace explained the codes that were coming up and what they suggested we do next to check before they had to do some major work, but they communicated with us and explained. We had to do some major work, a catalyst converter and other things, but Mo, the mechanics, and the owner Sal really did help us from start to finish. When we got the car back, we heard a few noises from the catalyst having 2 pieces to it, called them back and they brought it back in, fixed the issue, at no additional charge. I completely forgot to come back in and finish my review, but wanted to come back and make sure to finish it. My Brother's truck broke down on the way to work on Oct 19th and we needed someone who could get it fixed right away that day and quickly so he wouldn't risk losing his new temp job. I called Ace Auto Clinic and spoke to Moe up front and he was the best and agreed to get it done right away. We had the truck towed there and he and his other guys Darren and Big Moe in the back were able to get it fixed quickly. It then broke down again due to battery and we had to tow it back again and was a battery issue. Although we had to go back twice, and it was a very big inconvenience, I still am happy with their service overall. They have a good team there and were willing to help us right away. Went in and told them I needed my evap system checked and fixed because my check engine light was on $560 later my check engine light has come back on they also told me I needed a valve cover gasket and Spark plugs they said it was leaking when I removed the valve cover gasket myself and change the spark plugs there was nothing wrong with the valve cover gasket and the spark plugs were dry so they were just trying to get extra money out of me the only recommendation I have for these guys is to give me my money back because I still have the evap problem that persist to this day. To begin with the scammers: Please please whoever is reading this please do not bring your car to these BAFFOONS. The owner lied to my face along with Garret the company's little lap dog. I was told my car needed 6 THOUSAND dollars in repairs that was "necessary" and I quote "necessary" for my car to even be able to drive again. This is what the owner SAL told me. Okay so I paid the money to have my car "fixed" over 13 things were "repaired" on my car. Not only that but it took over a month for these "repairs" to be done. And 5 different times going back and forth because they don't have it together. However come to find out not even 3 weeks later I am driving in the freeway and my complete engine is now blown out. At this point it is not even worth fixing my car after they have SCAMMED me from so much money. All of the reviews on here are FAKE and I'm almost sure they hired someone to write these good reviews to make them look like a decent place. When In reality I was completely scammed and I'm almost sure they never even did repairs on my vehicle. We are looking to take legal action. I had a difficult AC problem with my Buick Century. Sal the owner is very Customer focused. It required a great deal of troubleshooting to find a bad Accumulator, and a leak in the AC High Pressure side pipe. Sal put his AC man Juan on the job.
