I was having issue to get my car's registration done at kiosk due to a minor problem, and I need to mail my auto insurance's copy to Sacramento, which is means I need to wait about 15 days until the sticker is mailed to me. I have a AAA membership but still prefer coming to these guys. Their wait times are shorter than AAA and you'll be in and out and on your way quickly. They do not have a vehicle weight restriction like AAA does. I wasn't able to renew my box truck tags with AAA because it was too heavy for them and they couldn't provide me with the tags I needed. But ACE took care of me preventing me from having to get it done at the DMV. I've been able to get things done during my lunch break time window multiple times thanks to their quickness. $40 for their services flat. They don't try to sell you any type of fairy tale packages to get more money out of you. They are an honest high character business and I appreciate them for that. read more

I went in on a Friday near 430pm to get my duplicate title request on an off road motorcycle which I have to sell. I was helped immediately by Santiago. I had no idea that a service like this existed beyond AAA! I knew there must be a solution to the long lines and endless phone holds at DMV, but an auto dealer friend told me about these guys and i'll never deal with the DMV again. i had a title from a car i had traded in that was lost in the DMV black hole and it was beginning to become contentious with the dealer. i called Valentin and he pulled up my file and was able to confirm with he dealer that i had indeed paid my fees and that the delay was DMV-related. He called the dealer himself and emailed them the confirmation, and believe me this whole process took a LOT less time than a visit to the Costa Mesa DMV, (Fifth Circle of Hell). read more
