I had been hesitant about whom to choose for dental care after moving back out here due to the previous experiences I had, I carefully chose between offices and landed here when started my journey back on track with dental and am so glad I did, (little over 2years) I still see the same faces from when I started care here and that says a lot to me especially now days. I went in today for my cleaning and was met with wonderful care as usual, even above and beyond for my needs today, they always address my concerns without any hesitation and constantly making your experience seamless from start to finish, this team is very hard working, and can't thank them enough for all their amazing work. Front desk actually answers the phone, friendly and verified our insurance. Was able to schedule my husband and I within 2 weeks Office us a cute house, beautiful inside and out. Clean and nicely decorated. Had very updated X-ray machines and exam rooms. Felt very comfortable with all employees and Mondi did an excellent cleaning of my teeth. Then I met Dr. Nguyen and my husband saw Dr. Nate. Both very friendly and professional and had pride in their office. Highly recommend you go by for a visit. It was hard to replace our dentist of 38 yrs but this place made us feel comfortable and right at home!

They prefer to fill rather than watch and wait to see if and little problem will actually form into a cavity. The dr felt very judgmental and only spent about 30 seconds looking in my mouth. They repaired it 4 times and the last time they charged me over $300 to repair a manufacturer flaw . They replaced the o-rings, charging me $300 , and they told me that they would last 6 months or longer. It's barely over 2 months now and my teeth fall out all the time . STAY AWAY!! The dentist only cares about his profit margin not his patients !!!

When I showed up, they told me the $61 price only applies after paying a $99 membership fee. Seriously? Why tf wasn't that mentioned over the phone? Without the membership, the cleaning was nearly $100. This felt like a bait-and-switch. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like false advertising. ___________ Update: After posting my initial review, the office reached out to me directly to address my concerns and offered a refund, which I truly appreciated. While my experience during the visit wasn't what I expected (especially after being quoted a different price over the phone), I do give them credit for taking the time to follow up and try to make things right. When I called Noll Family Dentistry yesterday to cancel my next appointment and request my films…read moresent to a different provider, I commented "if Dr. Noll is interested to learn why I won't return after one visit, he's welcome to reach out". He chose not to call, prompting me to write this review. As part of my visit on 9/24, before the cleaning I specifically went there for, the dental assistant performed a gum charting exercise (if not familiar, it's an easy Google lookup to describe what the charting numbers mean). For each tooth, she read out to her assistant 4s and 5s. A 12 year old failing implant had a much higher reading I'm sure was accurate. Dr. Noll told me I need a deep-cleaning to the tune of approximately $600...I subsequently saw my periodontist a few days later to evaluate the old implant. He performed another charting that revealed 2s and 3s. I then asked if I'd benefit from a deep cleaning, and I guess because of professional courtesies between doctors, he reluctantly told me I won't benefit from the procedure. It was the difference between what I was told at this appointment and what my periodontist said that led me to move on.
