After 45 minutes of us trying to get someone's attention, we were able to flag down an employee to let them know we'd like to order some drinks and food. Even after we flagged the employee down he said he'd be right back and sent someone else to grab our orders. This was after MANY instances of seeing several employees standing around wasting time. Wow. We ordered drinks and food finally and the server ended up bringing us incorrect drinks. (Red wine instead of wine, forgotten other drinks). We were never further engaged with. Such a bummer. As someone who works in customer service, I would be horrified to be managing a location with this sort of interaction.
