I gave the measurements to the Mid-Cape door salesman, but when the door was unpacked at my home the hinge recesses were not where we had specified! I complained to Mid-Cape that the carpenter had to charge me an extra $100 to rectify their error, but Mid-Cape refused to accept responsibility and pay for their failure. I won't be going back.

We received 25 kitchen cabinet components and 8 were either the wrong size or built incorrectly (we were not aware that they outsource the cabinet making). We are not sure if it was mis-ordered by Mid Cape Orleans or built incorrectly by the third party cabinet maker. We were told that it would take 2 weeks to be fixed and delivered to us. It's been 4 weeks and we only received 2 of the 8 and they are both wrong! So that's going to take another 4 weeks on this schedule???

I just purchased a Weber Grill there that I thought was a pretty good deal. Now, I know from nothing about grill prices but when I a saw $250.00 off well I went from looking for a grill cleaner to a new grill. Oldest daughter Kate was the winner of the old Weber that has served us well on CC for 61/2 seasons and frankly year round. It has needed nothing, cooks hot, and has been indestructible. The new Weber....she's my baby. She has this sort of gray pearl like finish that has me keeping this one cleaned and covered in her black plastic robe. I slowly take it off before cooking and she glistens and shimmers.....enough of that. So really like the extra burner for roughing it. I cook (smoke ribs on it), fish of all sorts but kicking ass with tuna and my striper fingers. Oh yea the deal. Salesperson was pretty crafty. He knew when I said I was just looking I was really buying. Entice me with an offer I thought. Wow $250.00 off just like that, have in stock only $25.00 for delivery! What? Silence, I ask him where the charcoal is....he replies we will deliver for free. Amex comes out and we have a new grill. Delivered the next day; fired up for the big party and the striper fingers were a big hit. I like this place. As mentioned much better cookware area with better brands. Need to get a personality over in the paint area but hey if I sold paint I might be like that too. More blue hairs in that store then at the wine tastings at Friends on the weekend.

My husband and I have rented bikes for decades in multiple states here in America as well as in cities throughout Europe. Orleans Cycle is definitely number 1! This past August we visited Cape Cod and rented bikes for the day at this bike shop that is owned by a gentleman named Barry. The following statements will explain why it is the best: Barry took the time to bring out a special bike for me that allowed for the perfect seat height. This is very important in case something along the trail might cause one to have to quickly stop their bike. He offers advice to ensure that you are safe and informed. He doesn't just want to rent bikes to make money. He wants everyone to have an enjoyable, safe experience. My husband and I rented bikes for the day. The rates were extremely reasonable. The rates for hourly rentals were also excellent. Helmets, locks, and baskets are automatically included. All of his bikes are in pristine condition. Then to top it off, you just walk a few steps; and you are right on the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is literally adjacent to the bike shop. Perfection!
