Called again a few days later and got a person who stated that they were running about 7 days on appointments; said they would call back when they were about to come for service. Never heard back. It's now been about two months. Their business must be good that they can afford to ignore repeat customers. Finally called Noons and they came within two days.

She showed me how to work all the machines and helped me to choose the one that would be most appropriate for me. She helped me with doing my credit card on the machine. She was just amazing. The laundromat is sparkling clean I arrived at 7 AM when it opened. All the waste baskets were emptied,all the counters for folding clothes were very clean. The environment was very very pleasant. I would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to anyone who needed to use a laundromat. While I was waiting for my wash to be completed I saw our other workers handling the laundry of the clients who brought their clothes in to be washed. They were doing a great job and were very careful with all the items. I may look into just bringing my laundry here to be washed by them. Great visit and nothing but praise for the workers and the establishment.

Dave was away on vacation. He had to come back to Eastham for a child's event and made time to come by and fix the issue. Another example is we mistakenly purchased biofuel from an unreputable dealer. Dave went above and beyond to find the cause of failure including returning parts under warranty and not charging us per visit. I recommend him 100%.
