When we told them we either wanted a refund or to have them come do the job they told us they'd do because we had already paid $250 for nothing, we were told (and I quote): "YOU CAN DREAM ABOUT GETTING A REFUND OR THAT WE WILL SEND ANOTHER MAID OUT WITHOUT CHARGING BUT IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN." I shared that if the recruiter that took the call gave us the wrong information, that was on them and the business needed to eat the cost and educate their employees vs taking it out on the customer. He then proceeds to argue with us and insult us some more (including calling us cheap for not wanting to pay $80 more) before hanging up. End of day, we didn't get the service that was described to us and are out money without any resolution.
