There were still visible dusty areas, including baseboards, and one window was completely missed. I was later told the window was not cleaned because it was closed, but to me that should still have been checked during a deep clean service. Another explanation given was that they did not expect the amount of dust in the unit, which was confusing because the reason I specifically booked and paid for a deep clean was to address the dust and detailing that had built up over time. I reached out to the owner about my concerns. They acknowledged some missed areas and offered a discount toward a future service, but no adjustment or refund for the current cleaning. Since I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the service I think better compensation should have been offered. The team was polite and professional, but I think more attention to detail and better time allocation would make a big difference.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During the cleanings, the staff used harsh cleaning chemicals on my marble floors that were not appropriate for natural stone. As a result, my marble floors sustained significant damage. The cost to repair the damage was $1,690. I obtained multiple estimates, and this amount was reasonable--in fact, another repair estimate was significantly higher. They were also observed using a bucket of water and a wet mop to clean my hardwood floors. They have refused to compensate me as I did not give them notice within 24 hours. Given the damage caused and the quality of the service, I would like to pursue a small claims against the company. I believe they have blocked my phone number, and unfortunately, they have no visible address so I have been unable to give them proper service. Stop hiding and allow my day in court!
