I curbed my car and had damage to my front bumper. I originally placed a request for quotes through Yelp only providing pictures of the damage. Eli from Aces was quick to respond, but I was still going through other shops that provided lower prices along with them being able to come to my location. There was no pressure from Eli's end and he was very understanding. I kept him in mind as I was on the fence on the quality of work I'd receive from a mobile service, I explained to Eli in regards to the cost and he suggested to come to the shop so that he can reassess the damage. I went to them Monday morning and Eli was able to provide a lower quote along with setting expectations as to what I may receive. I agreed and brought my car back to them the next day expecting to get it back in a couple of days. The car was ready by the same day and I picked it up the next morning. The repairs done were exceptional and I couldn't tell the difference from before the accident. This is a lengthy review, but I feel it's important for others like me to be provided with honest feedback and to praise companies like Aces that go out of the way to ensure the process from beginning to end is both seamless and painless. Update 2016: It's been 2 years now and thought I should update. Decided to bump up a star to 5 stars for my headlights being in awesome condition. :) thanks guys! --------------------------------------------------- I had my headlights restored and they came out looking great and still looks great. It's been about 5 months now so time to review them. I've never had this done before so I don't really know much about it, but I do see alot of tiny bubbles on my headlights. I don't know if this is normal. You can't tell from afar so that should be ok for now. I only want them to be clear for a couple years or so anyways. The cost of getting them done isn't cheap. It's only for aesthetic reasons and normally you get them done when your car is pretty much old. It's hard to justify it. However I can really see that my lights are much brighter now. And my car looks new again! Saturdays seem really busy and they are only open until about noon. Dropped off my at around 9am and picked it back up around noon. The sunnier the better so the coating cures better. read more

I am disappointed with my experience at Aces Body Shop. First, I sent pictures over yelp to get a quote and he sent a message back saying he needed my vin number so I decided to just drive my car there to get an accurate quote. The guy reminded me of a pushy car sales rep. He asked me if I was paying or my insurance and I told him I was. He then made all this noise like the damage was so much (I'll post a picture). He acted like a complete drama king. Every single second he was making a noise and saying oh my gosh this will have to be replaced....oh and look that will need to be done, etc. Long story short, this dude jacks up the price to get me to have my insurance pay for it so that he can get more money. He was like it's going to be $2,000 out of my pocket. I said ok and he looked at me as if he was surprised I have $2 g's in the bank. I continued telling him I would be paying out of pocket and he continued telling me the reason I should let the insurance take care of it. Bottom line, it's not his place. If a customer says they are paying, then they are paying period. I literally had no other issues with any of the other body shops when I told them I'd be paying out of pocket. Unlike other shops, he didn't provide any documents of the quote. When I told him I thought his quote was too high for the work that needed to be done, he started talking about the quality of work and compared his place to some high quality and others to Walmart. And he started saying have you seen my reviews on Yelp. This dude had no idea that all the body shops I was getting quotes from had five star reviews with the same if not more people that reviewed it. Anyways, you'd better shop around. His quote was literally $800-$900 more than everyone else's. read more

My husband had a little accident in the parking lot of our storage in our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The lady that hit him messed up the front passenger side bumper pretty good. We called around and got on yelp to check out reviews and came across Aces! The reviews were good, it was close to our house and when we called we spoke to Steve, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Feeling confident that we found the right shop for the job I proceeded to take our vehicle to the shop. When I got there I met with Steve, he explained everything very thoroughly and we looked over the vehicle. He took pictures of the damage and the inside (for assurance purposes) we were paying through our insurance which wasn't an issue at all due to the fact that it was someone else's fault and our insurance was going after hers. After I left the vehicle Steve kept us up to date on every aspect of our repair, he would get multiple, informative calls and updates as needed. It was finally time to pick the Jeep up and when I got there I was so happy! You couldn't even tell there had been any damage at all, to top things off they washed and detailed our vehicle.
