I decided to give it a try. I am very pleased with my experience. I went for a minor accident that was caused at a parking lot, its a common careless opening of a vehicle door. Nevertheless, it caused damage to my vehicle. The damage was done on the crease of a bend on the front driver side fender. I went to the shop and explained my situation, advising that I'm not trying to screw over the other party. They advised me of an option of a PDR (Paintless Dent Repair), after everything was explained to me. I went ahead got it done. The work was amazing. Pricing wasn't my cup of tea, did not actually get work done here (just to be clear, just got a quick quote on here, very fast to reply). I asked about how much to paint my 02 wrx and noted any blemishes quotes shown below. Starting at 450 per bumper, just the bumper to paint seems crazy to me(work at an extra charge for any damage depending on damage), and starting at 2.5k for the whole car was even more nuts. I used the word rip off but I was being harsh, so my bad but I will say it is much higher then other places I've talked to and the timeline to hold my car is much much longer as well.... I mean giving up my car for almost a month just for a one color paint job is way to much. read more

This review is long overdue, considering how great of an experience I had with Aces and the owner Steve. To sum up a very long and tiring story, I was in a minor accident outside of my job and the other driver's insurance took liability. While the job should of taken no more than a week, I did not get my car back until approximately two weeks after and had to constantly call the insurance SafeCo and Liberty Mutual because of issues that came up while dealing with the appraiser. I took my car in on a Wednesday with the initial estimate, and the next morning the owner Steve had the new updates and gave them the new estimate after inspecting my car. The appraiser did not touch base with the body shop on the new estimates until the next week on Tuesday afternoon. He continued to delay the process by taking long to respond, arguing the additional repairs that needed to be done, and asking for pictures of each and every little step along the way. The appraiser was very unprofessional and even argued with me since day one about not being able to take a rental until the parts needed for my car were at the shop. Despite the adjusted saying I could take the rental and had a preliminary 3 days already set up, he continuously kept denying it and said it would come out of my pocket. Then he argued with me and stated that the owner of the shop was responsible for the delays and said that if the owner took longer than 3 days to fix my car despite him telling us at the end of the week, that additional expenses would be out of my pocket. With all the craziness and back and forths that occurred with the insurance company's appraiser, Steve kept everything professional, was patient, and had my back while the insurance company continued to cheap out and do allow for the right repairs for my car to take place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU COME TO THIS SHOP! They treat you well, support you, and keep you in the loop about everything taking place. It really is unfortunate that really bad companies such as SafeCo and Alliance United (a previous company I had who took 4 months to help me out with a total loss) continue to exist and are not there for their customer. It was an honor to work with Steve and I am glad I made the right choice and took my car there because I felt 100% comfortable there and he helped me deal with such bad customer service from SafeCo.
