Now won't stand behind quote wants to charge me $2000.00 to bring in items sooner or I have to wait until convenient for him (another delivery out this way maybe a month or so out) for my goods. Feels my furniture is being held hostage. They were competitive in pricing with the most expensive movers, I chose them because he's a small business owner. I'm so disappointed. He may have made an error in judgment but that's his error not mine but if I want my goods he claims he can put it on a truck tomorrow to send for an extra $2k. Waiting to see the condition of my furniture delivered today. Would be cautious because he may mean well and seem sincere but bottom line I paid for a mover who's not standing behind quote and I still don't have my furniture. read more

Tiffany and Michael worked with me on getting the best price to have one item moved from southern to northern California. Most moving companies will call text and email you nonstop. Sometimes I do not deal with a company because too frequent a communication is annoying. I think Tiffany and Michael were confident in being able to take care of getting my credenza here, at the best price they could and neither of us felt like we had to hound each other daily. I wasn't thrilled with the move from Palm Springs to Las Vegas. Somehow the owners believed I would be fine with only bringing 90% of my stuff out. Then, they said they would bring the rest of my stuff the following week as they wanted to tack it onto another move. I never gave permission for that, but in the spirit of flexibility I said next week would be ok. They never came. Never called, never came up with another date. I called several times in the next weeks. I emailed them. I got the runaround. I finally threatened to dispute the credit card charges and sue them for my stuff if they didn't figure out how to bring it out. Suddenly, my stuff came in three days. The owner complained to me that he didn't make the amount of money he wanted on my move as I was over the weight limit he estimated (was the same weight other movers estimated, so it was fair). I shouldn't have had to threaten them to do the job I paid for. I shouldn't have had to contact them many times to address my move. Tiffany runs the office, but she spends the majority of the time packing, so there's no reliable scheduling and billing person. Expect voicemail, waiting, and runarounds. Tiffany with Aces Moving was responsive and communicable. I had a 9:00am appointment for the scheduled small move. They arrived early at 8:40am. Jesse and Nas Began the load out of boxes promptly. The large items were wrapped/protected and loaded. Our massive cal King storage bed, was disassembled by Jesse. I applaud his hard work for doing so without any manual for direction. however, with loosing time the guys didn't wrap the bed and there was some small damage to the wood on a sliding door of the headboard. Jesse then constructed the bed back to (almost) original set. These movers did an outstanding job earning a gratuity for the quick moving job and saved us the energy for unpacking. Mike, Nas, and Brodie were pros. They moved my stuff so quickly and carefully. Since moving to the valley they've helped me move homes 3 times. This company was wonderful, prompt and extremely skilled at helping me put together an Amazon bed and switch out a box springs for a shortie box spring on a Cal King bed. It is always "uncomfortable" for me to have strangers in my home - but the gentlemen that they sent over were more like working with a friendly uncle. Beware of working with Robert, one of the movers, if you are a single female. He was incredibly insulting toward myself (commenting on "bags under my eyes" amongst other jabs) and the property I was moving into (calling it quote "ghetto"), and made the move in process extremely stressful, uncomfortable, and upsetting. If I were a man or had one with me he would not have said these things, and this was straight up harassment and abusive behavior. I spoke to the owner after but I feel the community has a right to know as I do not want local women and others to endure this situation in an already stressful time of moving. read more

These clowns broke my brand new 65 " TV still In the box, multiple plates and dishes broken Along with missing small kitchen appliances and bar alcohol. To add insult to injury these morons disassembled our brand new treadmill And did not reassemble, along with a multitude of missing parts. Three movers showed up early. They were polite, efficient, careful and fast. I would use them again.

I called for a crew to move two large pieces of furniture. They were to pick a hutch up at one home and a dining room table and 6 chairs from another and then bring them to my home. I had an appointment for Saturday, 10/24 and they were supposed to pick up at the first stop between 2-3PM. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, AND THEY NEVER CALLED! We had originally scheduled our move for March 31st but given the daily news of corona virus we accelerated the date four different times. These guys did a good job. We had a lot of stuff and they got it all to our new location with very little damage. Always something get broken in a move so other that some glass we've unpacked so far and a small tear on the bottom of a piece of furniture everything looks great. They work hard for the money. Found these folks on Yelp two weeks ago. Tiffany in the front office was as detailed as can be with email, phone and various scheduling follow ups. I had a complicated move with four stops in four different cities and then drop off and assemble.
