That refund never came.Stealing from your clients during a pandemic is not a good luck. I let that one slide. But then it happened again in July. And again now a year later, They continue to randomly charge me even though I have no business relationship with them. I am tired of having to call the bank to have them reverse charges. Did I mention that they have done the same to my gf? I will bet there are many former customers who are similarly situated. Once they have your card number (which I never authorized for them to keep) they will keep charging you , even a year later!

I then Got a email in December stating I needed to update my my payment info, I called to speak to someone one over the and was told my account was still active and I couldn't cancel my member ship over the phone it would have to be in person. I told them to check the cameras cause I for sure was in there to cancel and was told the cameras don't go back that far I told them I no longer lived in Texas. They told me there's nothing they could do and to try to email some guy who they said was the owner. I sent a 4 emails and never got a reply. It's February and I just got a call from a debt collector saying I owe 260. What a fucking scam of a business. Definitely will be hearing from my lawyer.
