We had One Call Services' estimate by the end of that same day and were soon on their calendar. They give us a competitive quote - neither the highest or the lowest, BUT the real reason we chose One Call Services was a level of comfort and confidence that we received from both Marco and Jamie and the feel that this company had integrity; That they would do a good job and do it right so this wouldn't come back to haunt us again in another couple of years, and that they wouldn't take us for any more than was needed. After communicating through the Yelp Services option, Marco showed up the morning of during the window of time to get a free consultation. Starting in the bathroom, instead of selling us his services, he told us honestly that we could fix it ourselves by purchasing a few items since they have a minimum charge that wasn't worth it for the bathroom fix. He took the time to walk us through how to fix it and why vinegar doesn't solve the root of the problem. He pointed out things from our paint to our bathroom ventilation issues that we should address. For the shed, he truthfully told us the cost of how much it would be for him to fix it versus us doing it ourselves or hiring some people he was training instead. He wasn't afraid to recommend other people instead of himself and I truly appreciated the information he gave us. We told him we wanted it to be a gym and he even gave recommendations on how to prevent moisture problems in the future.
