So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I look forward to coming back when needed!

I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. Always on the run...

The car has $18,000 worth of repairs that need to be done. I was scammed big time. Do NOT trust them. In addition, after I paid for the car...it took them two weeks to ship it to me as I was an out of town buyer. They took full advantage of this by not taking pictures of the ceiling of the vehicle.

When it was shipped to me, there were a couple problems with it. When I explained to Mike that I was not happy with the one I received, he was very understanding. He had another one that was a better fit for me, and offered to ship it out to me for no additional charge! The new one arrived, and was perfect for my needs. Mike is very patient, he's a good communicator, and took the time to solve the problem for me. He does not come across like a car salesman. I would give this company an A+ for customer service. Car shopping is not always fun.  Seeing what has changed, all the new offerings and technology are…read morethe highlight.  Negotiating and haggling over money is not.  My most recent experience with Mo at Patrick Volvo involved nothing but the good parts of the car-buying experience.  After reaching out to Patrick Volvo I was connected with Mo, who was helpful, attentive, and professional.  We emailed back and forth and spoke over the phone a few times.  We were able to come to a deal that blew all of the other dealerships I'd been talking to out of the water (I mean thousands of dollars)!  The day I arrived to pick up my new Volvo XC60 Recharge, he had it up front and ready to go.  We spent about 2 hours at the dealership which was a breeze compared to our other car-buying experiences.  We were even able to hammer out some last-minute changes to the numbers thanks to Mo and Justin.  I can't say enough just how wonderful this car-buying experience was.  This is our third XC60 and this is the only time we have walked out of the dealership not questioning whether we did the right thing and wondering if they got over on us.  Everything was fair, transparent, and most of all the math was mathing!  We have been loyal Volvo customers because we love our car. Now we are loyal Patrick customers thanks to Mo and Justin!
