I brought those concerns back to Ray, and before we even talked price and trade-in, he offered to fix everything that worried me, including replacing shocks (both of them) instead of a simple fix. I was given a VERY fair price for my trade in and it made the entire experience worthwhile. This is a neighborhood business first, and a used car lot second. Ray really took pride in his job and was obviously more interested in the well-being of my family than the sale of the car. I cannot recommend them enough.
