They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I did use them for about 8 years or so due to simply being too busy to go through the process of finding a new cleaner, but I couldn't take it any longer. Throughout using their services, there were several times they arrived earlier or later than expected which threw off my daily schedule. There were several times where I was asked if they could shift a day or time and I almost always accommodated their request. However, the one time I asked to shift a time, I was refused. The initial agreement included cleaning living/dining/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 3 baths. During covid, I went down to 1 bedroom needing to be cleaned, but there was no change in price. When I brought it up after I had realized, I got nothing in return. No refund, no extra cleaning... that's just the rate now despite it never being discussed prior. I began noticing inconsistent cleaning... bathrooms weren't being cleaned as they once were, items not returned to their proper place, window sills stopped getting cleaned, etc. They constantly scuffed the kitchen island wall by banging stools against it which I had to repaint. They ruined a marble counter top by using the wrong cleaning product and didn't bother to tell me. Many times, they have left random leave cleaning items around (towels, cleaners, step stool), signaling a clear lack of attention to detail. Over the years, they had broken a few items and didn't tell me until I confronted them. I understand accidents happen, but when something breaks, the owner should be notified immediately. Finding out later only makes it worse. When I would bring these things up to company, it would get better for a couple visits and then back to subpar standards. When I recently cancelled service, I told the person I spoke with I would like to talk with owner to address my concerns and perhaps I could be talked into continuing service if it got back to being consistent. I never heard from anyone.

One anecdote I love sharing: when we recently moved to our new home, we had some light fixtures changed. We have globe lights over our dining table, and I genuinely thought the glass had a frosted finish straight out of the box. But when Anderson (Daniele's husband) started cleaning, he actually removed the globes and washed them thoroughly. Turns out they're clear glass, not frosted :P I'll be hiring this amazing team regularly and hope to maintain this relationship for a long time. I have been using Action Cleaning Service for almost six months. I am very happy with the cleaning service that I receive from them. Davlyn has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. I have hardwood floors throughout my home. I leave out the product that I want them to use on the floors and have been very satisfied with the way they turn out. Having the floors and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned every two weeks makes the in between maintenance so much easier. I also appreciate that the same person has come out to clean my house each time from the beginning. It seems that the cleaning service that I used before sent different employees out for each cleaning. The person that does the cleaning has always been on time (usually early) and they have never missed a session. Davlyn is also very responsive to any needed correspondence. My initial consultation with Davlyn was very professional, and I was impressed with her online scheduling tool that she was able to use right in my house! She did a very thorough walk-through of my home, and she gave me a very reasonable rate for both a deep clean and regular service. My deep-clean was outstanding, and the girls were both friendly and professional to my family and dog. I have been very happy with my regular service as well. My kitchen has a lot of surfaces, a tough-to-clean cooktop, and very shiny hardwood floors. I had the most amazing INITIAL cleaning with Action. They were exactly on time and they worked their butts off on my upstairs. My restroom has black and white tile with white logo - total nightmare - and they did such a fantastic job. All of the scale and hard water spots were removed in the shower and the shower door. They also spent hours on our kitchen and she dusted all of the mini-blinds - high and low. She also cleaned all of our white kitchen cabinets and the hardware on them. They look brand new! I would highly recommend then and already referred the to one of my Willow Glen neighbors that I know has a VERY nice home and she will be thrilled with their work ethic and their professionalism. Action Cleaning is the real deal. I hired them to clean my house a few months ago to see how good of a job they would do, and I have been using it ever since. They are punctual with their schedule (we had them notify us once when they were running late which was cool of them) and they do a fantastic job of cleaning areas most other companies miss. A staff of 3 came at the appointment time and finished within 3 hours. Overall they did a good job. Most of the areas they cleaned were done well. They did miss some of the instructions I gave Sandra, so I don't know if the staff got the memo. When I reported that to Sandra, she just apologized and didn't offer to rectify. They also worked around my pet areas, which I thought felt kind of half a$$. So like half the wall was cleaned. A few minor things were thrown away, so I needed to buy replacements, which was a little annoying. Like others mentioned in their reviews, they didn't put things back the way they were. If that bothers you, don't go with these folks cuz it will drive you crazy. Price is relatively cheap I think, so maybe I got what I paid for. Not sure if I'll use them again.

Overall, they did alright but there were some frustrating things during each of the cleanings; some consistent and others just negligent. Summary: - They don't help with organizing. So I end up having to clean up after the cleaners leave to put everything back. - They don't put things back where they were. (e.g. we have child locks around and I spent half the day after the first cleaning searching for the key) - They rush through the cleanings (e.g. forget to empty the trash bins in the kitchen, unhook ceiling vents to clean them but don't hook them back in, left some dirty rags in the bathroom, wipe the floors but if there's anything sticky like a piece of candy they just leave it...and the worst was putting non-oven-safe pans in the oven and accidentally turning the oven on while cleaning) - If they need help with cleaning something, they don't bother asking. They just don't clean it. For example, our diaper pail is a little tricky to remove the garbage bag. They've never asked me how to remove it. So I ended up just putting it in the main trash bin before they arrived so they can take it out. - After the first deep cleaning, I asked what they could help with cleaning regularly and they let me know what they can/can't do. Yet every regular cleaning, they always forgot something that we had agreed they could take care of. There's something about cleaning up after the cleaners leave that just doesn't seem right. So after the 3rd regular cleaning, we decided to part ways. If you're looking for a cleaner that will do a thorough job, communicate honestly with you, and be thoughtful and respectful of your home, I'm not confident this is it.

I will notice they will even pick things off the floor inside my master closet, and from under the bed. - They will accommodate special requests such as inside fridge, upholstery. - They work well with pets - they didn't have any issues with working with my Pomeranian who tends to bark a lot at strangers. - They go above and beyond - my dog had an accident in the house while they were cleaning, they not only cleaned the mess, but took her out on a short walk. - They are always on time, and proactively reach out to schedule our next session. Really happy with their work, and highly recommend them.
