I just wanted to update my review as I have since resolved my previous issue. The wrong phone number, address, miscommunication when multiple people are involved, were contributing factors to the delay in getting my concerns addressed. I spoke to both Steve and his manager Justin. Both were respectful in discussing my concerns and I did NOT get the condescension I was prepared for, due to being a woman. The professional way my prior concern was resolved I opted to call Steve again when one of my rentals had a plumbing issue. Steve was there the next day in the time frame given and work explained and completed. I had his direct work number so cutting out the middle man helped tremendously. I have had many homes and many rentals. I have always returned to those who have treated me fair and with respect. Sadly today this is few and far between. Thank-you for this experience. read more

First, it was incredibly easy to make an appointment. I used their website and was promptly contacted by Kelli with a date and time for an estimate. Arnold showed up on the earlier side of our appointment window which was great. He repaired our back faucet line and even installed a separate shut off valve and moved the faucet for easier use. All I have to say is Action Drain & Plumbing is a joke. I live in Michigan, and my Mother lives in Spokane. She lives in a trailer. I called Action. I told them there was a water leak on the hot pipe side, or the water heater was leaking. They came out, Paul was the guys name. He told my Mother that she needs to shut off the Water to the trailer, so the water can dry out. I get that. But thats not what I'm mad about. Paul came out Monday morning, had my Mothers caregiver turn the water off. He said he would work the job in on Tuesday. Tuesday came, no action or Pual, and no call. Today came and went. So I called Pual, He told me he has to talk to the scheduler. I reminded him that my Mother is bedridden and has no water. I ask him if he would make it out tomorrow, he said his day was already booked. So then came the call from the scheduler. That did'nt go well. He told me they are really busy, and can't get back to do the work until May 24th. They sure did'nt tell me that when I made the apponintment. I asked him what I'm supposed to do with a mother that can't get around, and has NO WATER. He told me that the 24th was the only option. Oh but he said action will not charge me the $75.00 trip charge for doing NOTHING on Monday. So if this is the way Action treats the elderly, then shame on you. When we bought our home, we got the sellers to agree to have the sewer lines checked for tree root issues as long as we paid for the service. Luckily there were no problems, but I'm so glad we took that extra precaution since this isn't done during home inspection. Dan fit us in the very next day, was very professional, and gave us a zip drive with camera footage of the process for our records. He talked us through everything he was seeing. Our realtor was so impressed she contacted me after we bought the house to get the info on what company and technician we used. Fast forward months later and we had some horrid smell coming from our bathroom sink. Dan scheduled us in quickly once again and got rid of the blockage and smell. Would highly recommend!! They fixed it. It was $80. They explained why it happened and what structural repairs I can make in the future to avoid it (some weird old school plumbing hack from 1950 could be fixed by putting in plastic pipe if I so choose). They were nice. It was a clogged shower drain. read more

Had a pretty bad leak around our shower head. Cory came out, thoroughly explained what he was looking for and the possible problems as well as solutions to fix it. He then provided his initial estimate. After my approval, he went straight to work to get it fixed. After locating the problem he quickly fixed it and cleaned up after himself. The final cost ended up being half of what his initial estimate was! He explained that the problem wasn't as severe as initially diagnosed and was able to save me some money. He could have easily done all the work he quoted me for but only did what was truly needed. If I ever need anymore plumbing work, will definitely use again! Great, speedy, honest service. After clearing the drain the tech reassembled the trap but after assembly it leaked from multiple locations but he just left things that way. I call the office and they said it wasn't their problem to fix. I had to call another company which charged $190 to fix it. read more
