Ok, I came here and dropped off some stuff to be laundered for my husband and when I checked in, I saw the reviews and got nervous and scared. I came here because I was in a time crunch and because of location. When I first walked in I waited a few minutes before I was greeted. The lady at the counter was friendly and I gave her my coupon. I came back a few days later to pick up my husband's shirt. I dropped of a brand new white button up shirt and I got nervous that there might me some yellow staining. But nope! It looked good and crisp! My husband was happy with the shirt and needed it to look nice for a wedding he's in. Not my go to spot, but I'll definitely drop stuff off here when needed. read more

Don't use this business, they will ruin your things. I had 4 curtain panels dry cleaned at this place, and 1 out of 4 panels came back at least 3 inches shorter and misshapen. When I went back, the owner took it, had it for a week, and then returned it to me in the same horrible shape - short and misshaped. The curtains are high quality Crate & Barrel products. The first red flag was when I came to pick up my curtains on the day DC said they were going to be ready; the curtains were not ready. I had to leave and come back the following day. When I got there, I was unpleasantly surprised with the actual price of the services, which was 30% higher than what was originally quoted to me. That was the second red flag. The worst was yet to come - once I brought the curtains home, I realized that one was short and misshapen. I drove back to Dynasty Cleaners. One week later, I picked up the curtains, and one panel was still completely ruined. All in all, I made 4 trips to this place and paid $120 for the services that ruined my $500 curtains. This is my "go to place". I am a Charlotte native, one of the few left, lol. I have been to lots of cleaners, but this is the best one I have ever been to. Friendly, great job on cleaning every time! My husband is picky and loves the way his shirts are cleaned and has never been disappointed. Unless something changes, I do not plan on going anywhere else! Never had any clothes lost or stolen, but I have always kept my receipts as proof in case there would ever be a problem. So far, no problems! Been coming to Dynasty for over a year now. read more

We have been using this cleaners since moving to Charlotte five years ago. The owner is very sweet and remembers his customers by name. I am writing this review in the time of Covid. I was concerned that we had left our cleaning too long. Bob called and assured me it was fine. I called Bob to arrange pick-up. I taped a check in the back of my trunk. He came right out to the car in gloves and a mask and placed the cleaning in my trunk. He is doing everything he can during this time to accommodate his customers and keep a safe environment. read more

Please do not go to this place. They will steal your clothing. I had two pairs of new outfits that I needed to be seamed, but I wanted a quote of how much it would cost. The woman behind the counter said that she would check with her seamstress then give me a call back. She wrote me up a slip took my name and number and said that she would call me back in a couple of days. The woman never called me back. I tried to call the place, but I received no answer. I then return just to find out that the slip that she gave me was three years old and the owner of the store said that he had no recollection of this transaction. She never put my number into the system nor my name. He continue to say that the woman that took my order was out of the country for a while and he did not know when she was going to return. Which that could be forgivable considering it was only the woman that stoled from me, but then the owner tells me that he could not help me. He refused to write down my name and number, said that because the slip was three years old there was nothing he could do about it. I begged him to look at my pictures of the outfits on my phone to prove to him that I was not lying and possibly look for them within his store, but he continued and refused to help me at all and told me to just take it up with the better business bureau. I just lost $200, so please please don't be as stupid as me and go to this place. read more

The sign on the door says they open at 7am on weekdays. I stopped at 7:10am one morning on my way to work. Doors were locked, so I left. Came back at 7:05am a different morning. Doors were locked. Why post hours if you won't stick to them? There are many choices for dry cleaners in the area. I'll never go back to this one. read more
