Problem #1: They tried to scam me on my deposit. After I moved out and I got my deposit paperwork back, they charged me for work done ON ANOTHER PROPERTY which included replacing a screen door that was already damaged when I moved in (which I noted on my move-in paperwork). They included an invoice with the other property's address. I visited my old apartment and verified that the work on the invoice HAD NOT BEEN DONE ON MY APARTMENT. When I notified them in writing, they did not respond. I called a few times and finally got a hold of the manager. She insisted that the receipt just had the wrong address on it, even though I had pictures of the unit I had lived in that showed that the work had not been done. I CAUGHT THEM SCAMMING ME AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MONEY. Now I guess I have to take them to court over $200, what a pain in the ass. Problem #2: The place was a dump on my move in day. Cabinets didn't close, a bunch of trash in the back yard including 2 non-functioning fountains, cigarette butts, broken glass, a weight bench, and a safe that had been soldered open(?), windows did not lock, and the blinds did not fit in the blind holders so they constantly fell off. Luckily my boyfriend spent about 2 hours fixing that. They painted high gloss paint over high gloss paint without sanding or using primer, so the paint throughout the apartment would peel off if you touched it too much. Problem #3: When they replaced the windows upstairs (what about my windows?!), large pieces of broken metal from the window frame and glass was dropped in my backyard. It was not cleaned and I was not notified. Thank god my daughter wasn't outside when they were dropping shards of glass and metal into my yard. When I notified the property management, no one ever came to clean up the glass in the courtyard area. So anyway, IF you decide to rent from Action Management, make sure to document the crap out of the place when you move in. Take video and pictures of everything that's wrong. Be prepared to have to take them to court to get your deposit back anyway, because they will try to rip you off. read more

Moved to Long Beach from out of state and it couldn't have been smoother. Vicky helped us the entire way and was extremely responsive to all of our emails! We got set up and moved in with no problem. We we're able to view the apartment before we came so we told her what we are looking for and it was exactly what we where expecting when we arrived! She also helped us get set up with all the utilities AND recommended some cool places to check out! Also our onsite manager Jose has been a big help! I see other people have had bad experiences with Action, but ours has been great!! read more

UPDATE: being a local business owner myself. I have never ran in to a company that is so unprofessional. telling me the tenant had a live my life. Claiming She knows how I live yet has never sat down and talk to me. They can't answer questions.. accommodate you when you're living in mold.. and unable to utilize certain space THAT I PAY GOOD MONEY 3K a month FOR. SHE is not even willing to talk to the owner about accommodations. I've never ever ever ran into a company especially a property management company that doesn't even know how to properly manage a building. Cecile is so rude. Cecile doesn't care what the tenant goes through. Cecile is cold blames the tenant without even knowing anything about the history of damages of this apartment AND THE HISTORY OF THE SLUMLORDS THAT OWN IT. Cecile never asked me any questions she's just super rude and blames you/tenant hence all the negative reviews on this company Cecile should not be dealing with the tenants. They just took over the building I live in. . So when rent was due... I walked in because I wanted to introduce myself in person! AND IMMEDIATELY I RECEIVED REALLY NEGATIVE ENERGY right when I introduce myself and let them know who I was. Apparently the landlords AKA slumlord that hired this Company told them THEIR VERSION$$. FIRST IMPRESSION So far isn't any better than the landlords. For an example: landlords in the last 9 months. no heat for 4 months in winter Electrical nightmare mold (I had to pay for test myself) they ignored me mold coming through the walls water damage It goes on paid OVER 32,000 in rent. NOW THIS COMPANY! I Wanted to talk to them about the issues Im having with my health vs the apartment. Hoping we could work something out. And also tell them know how grateful I was that they were taking over. I started getting violently ILL 6 WEEKS after I moved in, EVERYBODY SAYS "JUST MOVE" EVEN the gal that answered the phone at this company said that TO ME TOO! UHHH I HAVE NO MONEY LEFT .... 3K mth here 2 major surgeries and all the specialists WHICH IM FORCED TO GO TO DUE TO HOW TOXIC THIS PLACE IS!! And nobody seems to care about the tenants. I WORK From HOME I currently have guys BANGING/SAWING ON MY ROOF FOR 2 HOURS. I CALLED To find out WHY There was people here WITHOUT A NOTICE so THEY put me on hold and IT somehow got disconnected. So I called back 6 times... Immediately disconnected not even a voicemail LOL I CALLED FROM ANOTHER PHONE... immediately they picked up. SOOOO.... I finally get to whom I'm suppose to talk to CECILE. Find out why they were here and how long it would be because I had to work. AND her response was to FLIP IT ON ME... you said you're usually home at this time. STILL NO NOTICE!! Wtf LIKE SHE IS DOING ME A FAVOR! Ughh I don't need more stress in my life! Unfortunately I had to hire a lawyer to make movement and get this mold problem fixed. I had a really positive experience with this management team! They were having trouble renting out the apartment I was interested in and I expressed how I was interested in it, but it would totally strap me. They actually worked with me on the rent amount. My apartment got broken into and they sent a crew to replace the broken window the next morning AND installed bars on the windows. Also, my bathroom sink got clogged and they sent a guy to come unclog it the next day. So they took care of issues right away. I didn't cause any major damage but I didn't clean the apartment when I left, and they charged only a cleaning fee of $100, that's it! I pretty much got my full deposit back without any questions asked. I love the small, personal feeling of the office and staff. They were always very friendly and helpful when I was checking out apartments, applying, each time i'd go in to pay rent, and when I dropped off my move out notice. I have even been back several times to grab a vacancy list...I would definitely rent from them again! read more

I'm getting so frustrated with this company, I've been living for a little bit more than a year in one of their rent apartments, and the service is BAD, --the garage doens't work so we have to park in the street, -laundry room not working (I have called and called and called and won't do anything) - the mail boxes need reparation, post office is holding our mail for 10 days until they fix it, - then we have 2 1/2 bathrooms one of the showers is not working, they haven't come to fix it, -the painting gob sucks, they had just fixed on door knob, they painted over it and now it won't close, -the kitchen sink was leaking so bad that the wood is terrible and causing us allergy and breathing problems, we are so looking for another place. do never never come to this company :( terrible terrible!! read more

I signed a bed bug addendum, and when they exterminated for fleas they found bed bugs in the closet. You can see why they would add an addendum. When I asked for extermination history, an explanation, reimbursement, and cooperation they largely dodged my phone calls and emails. They once left me on hold for 20 minutes. They were clearly panicking that I wouldn't take no for an answer. I paid $500.00 to exterminate their bed bugs and was not reimbursed. On top of that I had to take two full days off work with no pay. I told Action Management in writing that I just purchased a new couch and bed from Ikea. I told them I had 3 years rental history with exterminations almost every 6 months with no report of bed bugs. Considering all that I had a hard time believing I was at fault for this. This company has a clearly defined mission and they will bleed every dollar out of these low income apartments cause they can. No way would I recommend this place and I'm entirely soured on working with another apartment management firm again. It's not fair to take the humanity out of owning/renting a home. It's a shameful practice that is probably standard practice in their business. Customer service is just code word for neglect and woefully enforced ignorance. If you find this post, contact me and I'll tell you everything you need to know as to why moving here is not in your best interest. I have many rental properties in the US and once had Action manage a local condo, but had to end the arrangement. This team will not provide 24/7 service, and constantly billed me (the owner) for items that were incorrect or caused by their inattention to managing the unit. With years of working with property managers in many states, this firm is 2nd to The Worst I have worked with on a national standard. I tried to be patient, but the service support became so bad even the HOA would no longer work with them on even the most basic matters requiring coordination. I caution you to actually get referrals from others using their management service before using Action as it may cost you more than it is worth in the end as happened to me. I'm rather surprised by some of the reviews on here, I had a really positive experience with this management team. For over 2 years I lived with my friend in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit at the Belmont Villas and would have stayed longer had my roommate not decided to move out. The unit itself was in perfect shape when we first rented and the building was always clean and well maintained. They always made sure to post notices of upcoming building work and keep the residents well informed. As far as maintenance is concerned, aside from a couple requests that took a few follow up phone calls to fulfill, in the two years that I lived there they did a really good job of ensuring everything was fixed as requested. The light in my ceiling fan broke and when I came home one day it had been replaced with a brand new one (and 5x more awesome looking). I think they utilize one guy to help with everything so that might explain why some requests took longer than others. All in all I'd definitely recommend Action Management. I worked with Sandra and she was always super friendly, helpful and flexible with our questions/needs. If she wasn't my neighbor (literally) I'd feel like she was. read more

I had my doubts after reading the reviews but my husband and I moved into an Action Mgmt apartment and so far the service has been really good. I broke the kitchen window with my palm when I tried to open it the first time - it had been painted shut. I sent them an email and the next day someone came out to replace it! We also noticed a few straggler roaches when we moved in and freaked out a little... so I emailed them and voila! Within a 2 days we got a notice that they were spraying the entire building. We see them every once in a blue moon and if we have any issues we just call and they send someone. Overall, I am a fan. They seem to care about their reputation now. We had trouble finding a place that would take our dog even when we'd offer a bigger deposit. This mgmt company didn't require much more for our dog and cats as far as a deposit and we were approved in just two days. read more

The renting process was quick and easy. I was able to move in within days. Every time I needed a service, it was taken care of immediately. My contact person was always Rosa, and she was the best. Jerry that shows you the place around like a little monkey working for the owner also does nothing. Unorganized, no communication, lack of professionalism. You want a real company call anyone alse. DONT FALL FOR THIS TRAP. If you're going to move into ANY of their properties do yourself a favor and report EVERY single damage you see upon moving in. I'm talking about EVERYTHING! Scratches on the floor, a small bent on the window shades, a mark on the kitchen cabinet, a small crack in a single bathroom tile, or maybe a .01 centimeter crack on the bathtub? I only lived there for 6 months, barely was in the apartment & got dinged for damages that were there before me. So Report it ALL at the beginning because that precious $1000 deposit is not going back to you if you don't. (Or if you do, don't be surprised if they get money from you some other way...read on): Initially, I was very pleased with their service but the moment it was time to move out, that's when all the shadiness spilled over. Over a move out phone call they said I only have to pay $550 of rent for the month(instead of the full $1100) AND I'll receive my deposit back($1000). I was like sweet, they're amazing. I obliged & asked when is the soonest I should move out, Lucille states, "anytime you want". So I answer, "perfect! Can I move out November 12?". She says, "sure, just put it in writing". I did so. By the end of the month I receive ONLY a $60 check out of my $1000 deposit. In the statement, it says they subtracted $550 from UNPAID rent. Meaning I was responsible to pay for 2 weeks of rent even though I had already moved out by November 12! It's absurd! They will LIE & make up false claims if you don't put in writing that the deal was to pay only $550 rent instead of $1100. I emailed Lucille back, Then she sent a BS excuse saying that the "owners deal" was nulled or cancelled because I didn't move out by November 2. At no point in our initial conversation did she say, anything about the "owners deal" NOR did she say I was going to lose my $1000 deposit back because I didn't move out by November 2. Had I known, I would've either moved out by November 2 or made my money's worth & move out at the end of the month! After I continue asking her WHY I wasn't aware of this "owner's deal" as she calls it or why I wasn't CC'ed on that email about having to move out by November 2, she responds saying that email got sent to some random app inbox instead of my email inbox(despite all communication up to that point only on email!). Also, WHY didn't she mention that on our call?! Is that shady or what? You decide. If you want to get your money taken from you, by all means, this is the perfect property management company for you! If you don't want to get caught up in shady business practices though, I suggest finding a different place to stay. It's not worth it. They do a good job at making the apartments look nice online but they will not fix anything for you & won't tell you about the roach issue. I lived on 2104 Florida Street, amazing location but not worth the stress. The quality of their apartments are subpar at most. They're just counting on your deposit to make make additional improvements so do yourself a favor & don't fall for this trap! read more

Just like I gave a good review at the beginning about how good the whole process was, now I'm sadly writing a "bad review" because after the process everything was great and in reality nothing really has been an issue but we been trying to contact Michael the one we did the whole process with, we tried contacting him via email,text, and calls and no answer! To the point that it made me write this review to see if I can get a response from any other representatives because it makes it seem that they only care when they're trying to rent the house after that you no longer matter to them which I hope that's not the case and in reality it's not a big issue it's more of a safety concern do to a small gate that can easily be accessed by anyone we got an expensive bike stolen and we just trying to get a more secure gate and avoid other things to happen, but it's been like 2 months trying to reach out to him about this concern but no success! I don't want to write this review, but Lucille has had almost six months to avoid it. We had a bit of a unique situation where the owner of the condo we were renting decided she wanted to move back. Lucille gave us extra notice, and said she would work with us and be flexible with the usual processes for moving out. She was really great during this time, and would show us other properties that became available before anyone else. We really appreciated her and would have liked to stay with her, but we didn't find a place that would work for us in the timeframe we had. We made sure to keep Lucille up to date on our moving status, even though we rarely got responses from her. We paid our rent in full for the month that we moved even though we moved out in the middle of the month. Clearly this was a mistake because I have been trying to get that overpay amount back for nearly six months now. Since we moved out I have been contacting her every 1-2 weeks, to which she responds about every 5-6 weeks with an excuse, stringing us along but never providing an answer. At this point I feel it's safe to assume we're not getting our money back, which is just a very disappointing way to end an otherwise pleasant experience with Lucille and Action Management. So, a word of advise for other tenants - if you know your move out day, only pay the prorated amount of rent for that month because you likely won't be seeing the overpay amount again. read more

We were unexpectedly forced to find a new HOA management company late last year and after a lot of research and several interviews selected Action Management, and specifically Lucille, as a good fit. Lucille has been fantastic! She is very easy to work with and is very responsible and efficient at tackling our highest priority needs. Being local, she stops by the building to check in and is familiar with local vendors, allowing us to improve services and even save money on maintenance. The HOA management services are also very reasonable in cost compared to many others we looked into; nothing too fancy but just what a small condo building needs. read more

As for the lady Sandra she comes off nice , until you move out and she takes your deposit while also charging you for ridiculous normal wear and tear to the apartment no tenant should have to pay for. I wrote a review about this company yesterday and i deleted it to make the problem clear. My issue was not with company i lived there for 2 years didnt have a problem just the pest issue with the roaches or waterbugs my main issue was one of their staff members treated me very rudely and disrespectful. I address the issue to Sandra which she promptly fixed the error. by law i am required to get my deposit or itemized list and the staff member said she would call never did after calls and no response i wrote a friendly letter Sandra and she right away again fixed the issue. My problem was not with the company but the staff member. read more

Do not use this company to manage your property. They manage our association and are unresponsive with zero accountability. Architectural reviews are slow to process with unexplained requirements. They ask for requirements that the city already approved meaning I need to go through two bureaucracies to get a project started and completed. On another issue I had a neighbor with a bee issue and they never addressed the issue to completely and the issue was not resolved until the new owners bought the house. I have never had an office ask for information and when you provide it ask that you convert it to PDF and resend it when all the information is attached in the body of the email... on top of that the service portal makes no mention of the PDF format. Left voicemail with no call back. Receptionist that takes the call says leave them a voicemail or email... and as a resident I pay for this horrible service in dues. read more

Stay away from this very shady company. After reading reviews and being reluctant I still went to view a property. I met a property manger named Vicky Woo who seemed kind, but that was a front. I asked every question needed before applying for the unit yet still was given different inaccurate information from the company's receptionist Diana who isn't knowledgeable. The owner of the property at 2317 Cedar Ave. kicked everyone who received section 8 out because they didn't want "those kind of people" living there. Yet, the current residents do not seem any better and the on site manager is never around. The area is not the safest and a bit ghetto. They believe increasing the price will only allow certain "people" to live there. The neighbors behind the unit were drinking and smoking pot at 9 a.m. I asked Vicki if the owner will accept a third party check which is NOT section 8 because they do not like people getting assistance. She responded of course we will take a third party check. She further informed me of the qualifications which I met. However, after being ignored and given a run around from the shady company. I was told the owner changed their mind and won't accept a third party check and it took them 3 weeks to let me know. Do not use them. Unless, you like calling the unknowledgabe, unpleasant office. Btw they think the negative reviews don't reflect their "great" service. read more

I pay my rent online the total has been the same. I received a voice mail saying that they sent a letter for an increase and my rent was raised by $200 but I never received the letter and now they are saying I am past due $400 since this was to take affect two months ago. I never received any letter for being past due etc. Has anyone else had this problem with them? Worst experience I have ever had with ANY professional company. When I moved into the apartment it was a great price, but I soon realized why. The apartment was a wreck. The carpet was badly stained and tore up and after a week of living there, my son and I were suddenly covered from head to toe in flea bites. We did not have a dog. When I asked Rosa to replace the carpet, she promised to replace the carpet within 6 months while in the mean time only spraying the carpet with toxic pesticides that my young child is rolling and playing on. A year and a half later, no new carpet. I asked for a new stove as one of the burners didn't work, and it was covered in rust and thick grease, and I even found a pan with food still left in the oven from the previous tenant. YUCK! They refused to replace the stove, so I was left no choice to replace it myself. But I was told when I move I had to leave it. +1 for them. The blinds in the bathroom were rusty and gross, I replaced those too after they refused to fix those. +1 again I replaced 2 of the 3 broken blinds in the home. Fast forward, and now it is time to move. Scubbed the place from top to bottom, left it in spotless condition compared to how I found it. I also always paid my rent 2 weeks before it was due. I'd say I was a pretty good tenant. 1 month goes by and I have not received my security deposit yet. So I give her a call ..... every day for 2 weeks because Rosa is always out of the office and will return my call, but never does. When I finally catch her, she tells me that she didnt have my address so she mailed it to my OLD address. Which doesn't make sense to me, as she had my contact info and could have easily given me a call. OK strike one. I had my mail forwarded to my new address long ago so I should have received it anyways. Did they really send it? So I call again, another week or so before I can catch her. And she states that, I will need to pay 35 dollars to resend it. That sucks, but ok Ill pay. 2 weeks later never received it. And another week of calling. This time, it is not their fault I did not receive it for a 2nd time and they did their part, so I'll need to pay another 35 to issue a third check. Strike 2. Finally 2 weeks later, after I had already began working with a lawyer to sue this sorry company, they give me a call that they can either mail me the check (umm HELL NO!) or pick it up. So I drive down. When I see the statement, they charged me almost $200 to shampoo the carpet they promised to replace a year ago. And also to replace a blind that I had documented proof was pre-existing and they refused to fix. Also, the charged me for a screen that fell out, that was improperly installed and I had maintenance requests asking to fix it properly which was never done. Strike 3. My inkling is that they kept all that money and didn't even fix what they charged me to fix and turned it right over to the new tenant who they will charge for all the same things. Moral of the story. Don't ever trust this company, they are shady and lying theives. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

HORRID! Lily in the office is rude. Every time I went in there she gave me a dirty look and every time I called whoever I wanted to speak to was "in a meeting". Like ummmm, the rent I pay employs you please show me some respect. That's the first thing I must say. Read more if you dare:: We moved into 314 Hermosa. When we moved in we expected it to be clean. Nope. There were dead roaches everywhere, even in the door of the fridge. The drawers in the kitchen were sitting on the kitchen counters, the stove was pretty much taken apart and there wasn't a screen on any of the windows including the window that lines the walkway that ANYONE with access to the building walks past. There was a thick film on the walls. I was livid! I called them and told them they needed to send someone over IMMEDIATELY. The lady they sent didn't do a good job at all. We just told her to leave and finished cleaning ourselves. I made them replace the refrigerator and the dishwasher. After meeting the neighbors we were told that the people who lived there before us had the place INFESTED with roaches. So bad they went through the electrical plugs. BUT, apparently they replaced the floors and got all the roaches out because in the 2 years we lived there we didn't see one live roach, but STILL!! We felt so unsafe here we got ADT. The walls are so thin and flimsy that the towel holder in the bathroom wouldn't even hold a towel up without falling out of the wall. The stairwell banister detached itself. The toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom kept falling off. It's a poorly made building infested with termites. That night we were trying to close up the house and we had to put a stick in the front window because there was no lock. This never got replaced. We got the front screen put in that week but the other screens took a year. We went through a summer with no screens. SMH When it rains, it will also rain inside your apartment. They know this, they just paint over it. I'm sure mold thrives in that building. In fact, one of the neighbors had mold growing on his lungs from the water and the management company told him it was his fault. He contacted the owner and they had to fix it but now he's sick! The termites are horrible. You will also see them in the summer. They never did anything about that. Just painted over the eaten up wood. We had some horrible neighbors that had the police called on them NUMEROUS times. The lady was C-R-A-Z-Y. She got naked, left her front door open and sang and danced around. They also had a dog, but no pets are allowed. It took months for them to be evicted. When you call, don't expect anything to happen. All they care about is the money. I would NEVER rent from them again. They're BEYOND horrible. We put down $1100 for a deposit and got back $675. Charging me $100 to clean when the place wasn't clean to begin with is absurd. BTW, rent was $1275 and after we moved out they're advertising it for $1395. I wouldn't pay one red cent over $1275 for that hell hold. read more

You can never get ahold of "the right" that you need to speak with. Always feels like they give you the run around by telling you to call back another time, that the person is out of the office/meeting, or my favorite one "she's out for the day. Her shift ends at 5." Me: "but it's 430 right now." That happened to me on several occasions and it sucked because I don't get out of work until 430 so I could never get ahold of anyone. They will be very nice to you up front to get you in but once you're in they really don't want to hear from you again. I'm giving it two stars only because I have had worse but it's still really really shady customer service. read more

I lived in my apartment 2 1/2 years and they charged me for stretching the carpet and cleaning it even though I cleaned it. The building manager did nothing to back me up. Don't rent at 1734 E 3rd st. They also did not return my deposit within the required 21 days. They think just because I moved out of state I won't sue them. read more

Yeah, Action Management sucks. If you can avoid renting from their apartments, do so. They're good at getting maintenance out to fix urgent problems like plumbing but if it's non-urgent things (like broken closet door or broken bathroom cabinet), they are in absolutely no hurry. Also, when they say they close the office at 5pm, they actually mean they close at 4:58 pm. I got there today at 5pm on the dot to drop off my rent check, but the lights were already off and the woman in there was locking up. She saw me but didn't even bother to open the door. read more

This company is by far one of the worse I've ever rented from I was in a rush to find place for school though they didn't seem bad at first. I admit they were easy to work with while applying and the people all seem nice but as soon as you move in it becomes nearly impossible to get mantainace out to fix issues. Worst of all they charge you almost your entire deposit for cleaning and painting even when there was little to no damage which with all the other places I've rented charged only 0-100 dollars though this was left in better condition than any place I rented before. I recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy slow mantainace responses an lost of your deposit. read more

I am sorry that other tenants had a bad experience with Action Management. I always feared about landlords taking advantage of their tenants and not meeting up to their words, but Action Management exceeded my expectations and I'm fortunate to have had a positive experience with their team. I moved out of my parent's home in 2014. It was both a nervous and exhilarating experience for me. Action Management seamlessly helped make my process of moving into my very own home manageable from start to finish. Upon the coordination of my initial move, Vicky was the property manager at the time. She was easy to communicate with and super responsive. Every time I needed something to get fixed, she would contact me within a few hours to respond to my request. Communication is key. Always ensure that's available and easily accessible when doing business with someone or a company. Due to the recent changes in my life, I needed to move out of the 1 bedroom apartment and into a bigger place. I was looking to stay with Action Management, but at different property. Unfortunately, they did not have any available properties that fit my criteria, which is a 2-3 bedroom and 2 designated parking spaces. Fast forward to 2017, I finally found a place that I was ready to call home. Unfortunately, it was not with Action Management. Once I was approved and finalized to move-in at my new place, I immediately notified Action Management. The new property manager was Alyssa. She was a true professional. Always updating me with new statuses on my account. She last notified me that I would be getting my full deposit back. I received it within 6 business days of my move. Thank you Action Management for all of your hard work taking care of tenants. I know it's not an easy job, but you guys managed to make a difference. read more

Let me first say this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I literally wasted a week dealing with these people because they left me on a fence making me so sure we had been accepted when in fact they were really stalling to get more applicants. When I turned in the application, they told me they would let me know in a day if we got the place or not. Turns out their main goal was to just take your nonrefundable application fee of $30. Long story short, I felt like it was a game of cat and mouse dealing with these people. They did not call me the next day, I had to get in touch with them. Then they told me to wait until the next day. That came still no call, so I contacted them again. Looks like we have to wait until next Monday for some other bs reason that they just made up. Monday came around and they still did not contact me. Called them at 3, they said they would get back to me at 4. Called them at 4, they said they would get back to me at 5! I had to call them at 4:50 because they must have "forgot" about me. Unsurprisingly by now, I knew they were going to tell us we did not get the place. Funny thing is when the application was turned in they told my roommates and I were the only applicants...oh and throughout the week they told me we were sure to get the place. Yet, they "decided" to choose somebody else. Qualified or not, that is some shady business. So much for one day notification. Please.... to avoid the headaches and time (and $30 an application), find a better management company. Truly TERRIBLE service. read more

Absolutely the worst management company experience in my life. I'm a 32 y/O Navy veteran. First of all, the property manager is never available. When I moved in the apartment was dirty and needed a tremendous amount of repair. The front desk personnel have a non chalant attitude about everything. They always say let me forward you to the voice mail or let me give them your message. They never call you back. The garage was so small and ridiculously dirty! I saw a black widow spider and roaches in the garage door. The trash bin is right next to the garage which is always smelling horrid and infested with millions of flys. Also when I finally got the repair guy to come out he complained to me about wasting gas. Unbelievable! So much more to complain about. I have lived in ALOT of different places due to my military job. But this is absolutely the worst ever management company and residence. Stay far away! read more
