I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

** (1 Star)** I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience and the lack of support I received regarding my **2026 Harley-Davidson Nightster Special with only 1,300 miles**. On Sunday night, my bike suddenly would not start, leaving me stranded. Since Harley dealerships are closed on Sundays, I called the nearest open dealership on Monday morning (Riverside Harley-Davidson) to start a warranty claim. Instead of helping, I was told it would take **approximately two weeks** just for them to pick up the motorcycle. For a nearly brand-new motorcycle that is still under warranty, that is completely unacceptable. Because I rely on my bike and couldn't wait two weeks, I took it to a local motorcycle shop just to see if they could charge the battery so I could at least get it home. They determined the battery was defective and would not accept a charge. I ended up paying **over $300 out of pocket** for a replacement battery, installation, and coolant refill. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already completed my **1,000-mile service at Death Valley Harley-Davidson**. If the bike had just been serviced, why was the coolant already low? That immediately raised concerns about the quality of the inspection that was performed. Afterward, I contacted Death Valley Harley-Davidson to explain the situation. Since the motorcycle is still under factory warranty, I requested reimbursement for the repairs. I was told they would not help because I had taken the bike to an independent repair shop. They also told me I should have had the motorcycle towed to the dealership instead. My question is: **Why should I have to pay out of pocket to tow a brand-new motorcycle with a warranty because it became inoperable due to what appears to be a defective battery?** I had no reasonable way to transport the bike myself, and Harley dealerships advertise roadside assistance and warranty support. Telling a customer they're responsible for towing costs on a defective, nearly new motorcycle is not the level of customer service I expected when purchasing a Harley-Davidson. I'm not upset that a battery failed--defective parts happen. I'm upset with how the situation was handled. A premium motorcycle brand should stand behind its products and take care of customers when defects occur, especially on a bike with only 1,300 miles. Unfortunately, instead of feeling supported, I was left paying for repairs myself and being told there was nothing they could do. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Harley-Davidson's customer service and warranty process.
