I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

CON ARTIST...Please read the whole story. ok, I have to…read morefirst start with an APOLOGY, to the bike riding public. I should have posted this review a couple a months ago after the repairs from ACTION MOTOE SPORTS (AMS) Hesperia ca... to my 1982 kaw kz 750 started going south... oh this is a classic Japanese bike which AMS' web sight claims they specialize in repairing... TOTAL BULLSH..T.. Repairs started mid april 2016; First they were supposed to clean and sync my carbs... got the bike back and immediately had to return it for a few days, bike wouldn't idle properly... ok no problem it can be tricky getting carbs synced...im patient. got the bike baack rode it for a couple weeks everything ok, but no I realize I need to replace the original chain...Had AMS replace the chain; they chose the original non-oring type chian and two new sprockets.. keep in mind I told them this bike is my daily commuter to and from work (600+miles a week)... so I'm feeling pretty good, bike running good new chain and sprockets worry free for awhile; YEAH RIGHT so we know new chains need adjusted after break in; no problem after all I was an Auto Tech for ten years. SO THE TROUBLE BEGINS I'm adjusting/lubing this chain like every 500 miles and by the third adjustment I'm thinking this cant be normal, so I reach out to the biker community and as I expected this is not the norm. So now I'm 6 weeks out form from carbs being cleaned and synced and a month out from the new chain and sprockets were installed... thru my research and mechanical findings I find that the chain has frozen link (which should have been caught before installation) as it can be DANGEROUS and will chew thru new sprockets. I also found out for about $25 more they could have upgraded my bike to an O-RING CHAIN, which reduces heat and wear to the chain... I ended up replacing the chain 6 weeks after AMS installed the new non-oring chain with an o-ring chain myself...AMS did reimburse me for the chain they installed but I had to fight for the money, but they did not offer any labor cost in return.. Now to the $400.00 CARB/SYNC JOB...remember I was an auto tech so I know a trick or two(note:i have a repair manual for my bike) KZ750 starting to idle rough at about 8 weeks out form said carb repairs; now at about 10 weeks #1 carb is flooding and bike will not hardly idle at all...I pulled the plug its fouled. I try adjusting the float per the repair manual,no help...I tried swapping float needles, nope that didnt work. so now I'm back to the bike community. I find a bike shop in Lancaster ca, and give them a try, after all their close to my job. rode the bike there and this older guy comes out probably around 60; been around, you know the type... he takes one look at my bike and states" those carbs have never been cleaned"... and if they were cleaned in the last 3 months you shouldn't be having a float problem; cleaned properly he added.. then shows me a set of carbs that they cleaned and they looked almost brand new. so whats it gonna cost to get my carbs cleaned right I ask; about $400.00 he replied. so I'm out $400 from AMS and know another $400..im pissed. so what can I do; back to the bike community for help I call an acquaintance from Tulsa OK, where I used to live... He is the only gut in Tulsa that works on old Japanese bikes. no BS.. I'm lucky he is available to talk and in a good mood...he listen to my problems and states " those carbs were cleaned right" and then proceeds to give me the solution to my float level problem...which off course came back to properly cleaning the carbs... so pay another $400 or do it myself with the advise from Tulsa I pull the carbs and clean only the carb giving me problems...to see if he is right and he was. I CAN TELL YOU THIS THE PART OF THE CARB I CLEANED TO FIX THE PROBLEM WAS VERY SPECEFIC AN THEREFORE VERIFIED MY CARBS WERE NEVER CLEANED PROPERLY FROM ACTION MOTOR SPORTS...in Hesperia ca. oh, I do want to think AMS for one thing... forcing me to fix my own problems. now I am smarter than them...I could go on about how bad this business is but ive said enough.. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE TO THESE HACKS!!!!!

I took my motorcycles to them, paid them in full and when I went to pick them up they told me they could not get parts for one of my 3 motorcycles. They wanted to trade me for a different motorcycle. I dealt with the previous owner for years and had no issues so I trusted them but new owners cannot be trusted. They took my motorcycle and have yet (months and months later) to receive the motorcycle they offered as trade or my motorcycle back. I asked for my motorcycle back but after visits to the office, calls, texts, etc. I am left only with the choice to call the police and sue the business, the individuals etc. Also it turns out that you can get parts for the motorcycle and it is more valuable than the offered trade.

When we picked up the ATV, we ran into some unexpected issues loading it into our truck. Even though that wasn't part of the service, they jumped in immediately to help us without hesitation.
