When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Every time he called, there seemed to be a new problem, a new part that supposedly needed attention, or a new reason the bike wasn't ready. What was especially frustrating was that many of these issues had never been problems before the bike was brought in. At one point, a part that had been discussed ended up damaged while the motorcycle was in the shop, leading to even more complications and costs. The entire experience felt like a constant upsell rather than a straightforward tire installation. After months of delays, changing explanations, and increasing charges, my dad paid around $1,000 and ultimately took the bike back. He is now having to work on the motorcycle himself. I dealt with the previous owner for years and had no issues so I trusted them but new owners cannot be trusted. They took my motorcycle and have yet (months and months later) to receive the motorcycle they offered as trade or my motorcycle back. I asked for my motorcycle back but after visits to the office, calls, texts, etc. I am left only with the choice to call the police and sue the business, the individuals etc. Also it turns out that you can get parts for the motorcycle and it is more valuable than the offered trade.

It's nice to work with a place; a person like Josh and his helper, that's just downright honest and good at what they do! So I needed tires for my 2013 polaris ranger a couple weeks ago, my rear ones were so bad they wouldn't hold air .. I use this daily on my property with my horses, it was going to be at least three or four days before I could get some brand new ones in so I called down there and josh had a couple used ones, got them really cheap (thank you) took my wheels over to the tire shop, and they put them on ... so then I needed to get oil changes on my polaris ranger utv and my suzuki atv, so when I got the tires from josh, I talked to him about the oil changes, and I took those down a couple days later and got that done and he did an inspection on everything while down for an oil change .. So I told him to give me a couple weeks and I could get everything back in and get these repairs done that needed to be done on my polaris ranger .. so while there he found me a used seat for my suzuki, because mine is pretty torn up .. THANK YOU!! So when my house sells and before I move to washington state, my ranger is really not outfitted for cold weather, like I don't have doors or windshield or anything like that. So before I leave, i'm going to make sure josh takes care of my ranger and gets me set up for the colder weather... closed in ranger, snow plow, winch ect .. maybe even go a little crazy and get a heater .. If you're looking for honest reliable shop, this is the place you will not go wrong, they are extremely honest, they're good at what they do .. they aren't overpriced like the dealer, I used to go to go to temecula motorsports where i bought both vehilces, ohh, my god, it would take weeks to get in and you'd get charged a couple hundred bucks just to do an oil change, and then they jack stuff up .. Ultimate performance is a great shop, they have great prices and just good people, good honest people, I try to support local, honest, hardworking, independent business owners like these guys and these guys are awesome .. thanks again Josh !
