He let me know that is is something he could fix and that he was familiar with the issue. I let him know that we've tested the battery and the issue was with the controller. He let me know that it would be $150 + parts. This guy had my bike for 3.5 weeks before I heard anything from him. When I did hear from him, he let me know that he did not have any luck when contacting the manufacturer on their website and that I needed to pick my bike up immediately or he'd be charging me $25 a day in Storrage fees. I let him know that I need more of a heads up to pick THE BIKE up before he begins charging me $25 a day and I inquired on what website he was attempting to contact for THE BIKE. Apparently this guy had been contacting the wrong website the entire time. I gave him the correct site to contact and he said he'd get back to me. I heard back from him a couple days later again with him, threatening Storrage fees if I didn't come pick it up. He was extremely rude, still charged me $150 for nothing, and charged me $50 because it took me two days to come get the bike. This guy is extremely rude and disrespectful and over charges for his own negligence.

We waited an additional 10 minutes, yet none of the three employees greeted us, made eye contact, or offered any assistance. It is impossible to accidentally overlook an entire family standing in an empty showroom. Making a dedicated trip to a **direct Specialized store** just to be treated as if we were invisible is beyond unacceptable. This isn't just poor floor service; it is a **complete failure by management** to enforce basic retail standards or foster a welcoming environment. **Train your employees.** There is absolutely no excuse for this level of sheer apathy.
