However, when the technician arrived, they quoted me $715 and didn't honor that agreement--so I essentially ended up paying $150 just for someone to stand in my home for 5 minutes. Because I had already sunk the $150 into the visit, I felt stuck and felt like I had no choice but to just pay the higher amount to get the job done. While the service itself was fine, the communication felt misleading. Just a heads-up to future customers: make sure to get your initial quote details and promotional offers in writing before they show up.

With water being harder and harder to find and the fires taking more and more of the "wild" , wildlife has been more frequent these days.... And those little critters are destructive! The first time: I came home to an enclosed patio COVERED in little white raccoon handprints IN PAINT! Those suckers opened up a paint can and decided to play with it while I was gone one weekend....and once they knew how much fun it was to play in my patio I couldn't keep them away. So I called Urban Wildlife Trapping. On another occasion: I had a possum that decided to take up residency under my shed.... Which would have been fine if it didn't try to climb the dang thing every night- all I heard were those nails on the metal siding for HOURS..... so I had to make another call to Urban Wildlife Trapping... Then: There was ANOTHER family of raccoons.... And then a fox that identified as a house cat... and lastly another family of raccoons. I am not sure when my home became so welcoming but it may get to a point that I'll need to rent a room to one of the employees and Urban Wildlife Trapping so they cane save on gas money getting out to my place! Everyone here is so nice, very professional and well trained in trapping animals humanely and efficiently. Who knew that a one time google for animal trappers would lead me to a company that I would gladly use over and over. After the initial shock I booked All Star Animal Trapping, the front office was great to deal with and explained the process. My review would not be complete without mentioning that the day Connor came out it was pouring rain and cold. He scouted my property, climbed up on the roof, and gave me the good news that things were not that bad, but needed addressing. He then started work IN THE RAIN to make sure we got a head start on sealing the entry points and making sure he left with traps set. There is a series of visits that the company makes to check the traps, and clean the area, I have a busy household and lots of dogs. It was comforting to know that I could book Connor to come every time and that my dogs got to know him. My neighborhood has lots of fruit trees and this problem is inevitable, All Star came in at a reasonable price, and I would highly recommend them.

While there was some communication issues initially with the dispatch/reception, when their worker Yobani came he was very helpful and explanatory. We discovered that the skunks were coming from a small hole in our fence and likely had a den there so we opted to repair the fence and forgo trapping.
