Well, our experience with Kevin this time was not as great as the first review I wrote. My husband contacted Kevin last week and it was one excuse after another. Instead of saying from the first call, it was too far to drive, he kept saying he was coming out. Then he referred us to someone named Mike. Mike was the same way, one excuse after the other. We finally gave up on Mike and went back to Kevin. He promised he would be out this morning but again disappointed. Man up and tell your caller from the beginning that it is too far for you to drive. I had been in contact with the owner Kevin through the Yelp app last night and this morning about a critter stuck in my wall. This morning he said he'd come to my home between 1 & 3. Contacted Kevin to help relocate raccoons which were causing damage in our backyard, giving our dog and me added stress in letting her out at night, and also the concern of added mites or bugs they attract making our dog scratch herself constantly. I cannot recommend him enough! First off he texted back right away and came out the very next day to lay traps. I was also having new sod grass installed that day and he was so patient in explaining how the traps work and his confidence the raccoons will take to the bait. That very first night got one raccoon! I am leaving this review because you can't find honesty in this town anymore. I called Active prst control after discovering skunk activity under the foundation of my house. The smell was extremely potent. Anyway, I met Kevin, he gave me tips how to handle the problem on my own, he tried saving me the money. However, I decided to hire him to come out and inspect my house for the live skunk(s) under my house. He arrived at my house 2 hours later, on time, and was helpful. He setup my traps, baited them, and checked the whole house. At the end of his assesment, he didn't charge me. I was shook up at his honesty, he informed me that this wasnt big enough of a job for him to charge me, he would feel bad. Keep in mind he drove to my house on a wewkend and arrived on time. Kevin came by to check my roof and attic. I was concerned that racoons had gained access to my attic. Fortunately there was none. He went around my house and found out that they have been using a hollow space at the side of my house as shelter which explains the scratching getting louder than before. Explained to me the scenario and what he plans on doing. He set some traps and caught a racoon. I have seen one other racoon but he didnt fall for the trap.
