I send my ford escape for clicking sound in the back, they told me it needs rear Differential…read morereplacement, they kept the car for two weeks and then called me to receive it and pay $4376.98 for the repair which was more than what the ford dealer charges and then they said the car needs brakes, but I said , why didn't you call me earlier to mention this when you had the car setting in your shop for two weeks , ( is it a way of getting more money out of me) I was just thinking in my head. I took the car feeling disappointed that they didn't tell me earlier about the brakes, then when I drove it I hear rattling from the back I took it back to them, they said it needs 2 wheel stabilizers that cost about $400 to get rid of the sound, and then again I asked them why didn't you repair this or at least inform me about it when you had the car for two weeks, their answer was that they didn't notice. This is a very poor service, and a way of making unjustified money out of the customer. it is untrusted way even if they didn't intend to because I told the administrated person ( Derek ) to fix any thing in the car but he had the car for 2 weeks and just neglect what I said to him. I am very disappointed that a place like this who was my mechanic shop for about 30 year has gone that bad, I can't go back to them any more I prefer to go to some other place who can be trusted.

I'm not mechanically inclined and they could have sold me a new part or some other maintenance. Not the case. I feel this is an honest shop as they told me that although the sensor had tripped, no evidence of damage was present and that all seems ok with my engine. The $45 price tag that come with this is somewhat disappointing, but that's the price of having a car I guess. Honest people there. I feel good about going there and referring others.

Had my domestic vehicle, Ford Escape, 2008, towed there for re-attach of dislocated 'Serpentine Belt' which detached during the recent Ice Storm on start up. At the time, March 1/23, "Steve" had all three of his Bays filled with three vehicles and told me at the time of the towed arrival of my vehicle and me it would be four hours before he could make a needed auto hoist available before he could do the work. I Explained I'm disabled but would walk three blocks to Giant Tiger to a bit of needed shopping, return and wait. Forty minutes later I returned to notice my vehicle was no longer parked in the spot the tow truck driver of 'Robbins' towing service was not there. Euro Mobil owner and master mechanic, pulled-Straight-out - one of the three hoisted vehicles with no steering ("blown hydraulic steering line") and brought my vehicle in during the forty minutes I was away. "Steve" came out of the bays to say smiling - I'm working on your vehicle now. NO FOUR OUR WAIT ! Charged me forty dollars and would Not take ten dollar tip!! Just asked that in future, as with all his customers, bring your vehicle, register the problem and leave the vehicle for the day. A very-kind Man and master mechanic and low prices!!
